Una pequeña decepción
Tenian un problema con agua caliente y aire acondicionado, estuvimos 4 días sin agua caliente o a/c. Era la segunda vez que hemos estado en este hotel y la primera nos encantó, pero esta vez fue decepcionante. Nos dieron la posibilitat de usar el ordenador para buscar otro hotel, o descuentoal final. Nos quedamos, ya que encontrar un hotel en Florencia en plena temporada de hoy para mañana no nos pareció muy practico, además nos dijeron que el día siguiente ya estaria... Habian cambiado el personal, antes eran muy simpáticos, ahora empanados y sin sangre (correctos sí).

hermoso hotel
Nuestra estancia fue agradable, pero el hotel tiene algunos inconvenientes como los zancudos y la escasa aislacion acustica de las habitaciones. El personal de recepcion fue muy muy gentil y les estamos muy agradecidos. Hablan espanol.

Una buena base para recorrer la Toscana.
Muy confortable y agradable. Personal muy atento y servicial. No es muy céntrico pero está bien comunicado. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El desayuno, flojito.

I’ll start with the good: the areas around the hotel were all walkable for us, which made it very easy for us to get to our tour locations on time. The kitchen was a huge help as we made our own meals often. The bad: Their air conditioning did not work despite us asking for a fix, they never followed up with us, they just said they would fix it and they never did. The area around the hotel is very noisy as it is a hustle and bustle area of Florence. They planned to charge us if we wanted our sheets, towels, or anything of that matter replaced in our four night stay (you would usually assume that hotels provide daily cleaning and swap out of towels, etc.). They also planned to charge us for the cleaning of the kitchen area, despite not asking us if we would be open to cleaning it for them (they just came in and cleaned it without consultation). There is also no front reception service for half the day, so it would make it very difficult to access them if, somehow, you were locked out of your room (thankfully we were not). Overall, this was an average stay and I do not think I would recommend. However, if you’re looking for a great location to get around the city easily and are ok with extra expenses, this might be your place. Enjoy your travels.

It was a beautiful room. Although it may seem at first like a far walk from the main train station there are beautiful sites along the way as well as multiple food and drink options. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Italy (7) this was by far our favourite.

This property is located in a great location. Its away from the tourist crowds and it gives you an authentic florence experience. The restaurants near this location were amazing and priced for locals. There is a supermarket nearby too. As far as the property itself it was really beautiful and clean. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The property was located in a very convenient location. Good restaurant and shops were a walkable distance. It was easy for taxi drivers to drop you. It was very clean. Gabriel was kind and helpful with all my question last day my flight was delayed, and after I checked out he kept my luggages until the time to leave to the airport. He also carried my bag to the taxi. Thank you, Gabriel.

It’s a little farther from the action which means it’s quiet but about 25 minutes to tourist sites and shopping. The front desk made check in and out easy and kept our bags after we checked out.

It is a beautiful hotel converted from a guest house with spacious room and large garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located at a walking distance from historic areas, many excellent restaurants.

Overall really enjoyed my stay here. But if you aren’t used to walking this place is a good walk away from downtown (30 min or so) bus rides are best and downloading the app is easiest. But if you walk you get to see so much of the city doing so. Loved the little garden and extremely roomy space I stayed. The guy at the desk was very friendly and let me pay my city tax a day early so I could leave to catch my train the next early morning. Only gripes was the wifi seemed finicky and would be difficult to connect to, and the floor in my room was a little dirty. Also no screens on the windows and there are mosquitoes and they are mean.

The property is very secure. The staff very professional. I stay in the 1st floor and very time the closed the door was very loud. The room needs more detail cleaning like the sofa have stain and around the the toilet needs to be clean. The room was very specious and charming.

Ottima posizione, fuori dal centro storico ma con brevi passeggiate oppure utilizzando i bus si arriva in un attimo ovunque, struttura molto carina con un bel giardino che sarebbe bellissimo se sfruttato per la prima colazione che purtroppo, unico neo, la struttura non offre

Pros: Huge room!! Very clean, great AC. very friendly and helpful front desk. Access hotel building with security code, very safe. Note: Check in was interesting...envelope was left in the front with last name on it and the room key. Seemed a little weird, never had that type of check in before. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would come again.
