Overall we loved the house. Beautiful home and location, spacious, private, and the kitchen is amazing. Close to town, yet secluded. The kids loved the bonus room, and exploring the property. Would definitely stay at this location again. Only two concerns: I thought the property listed one of the bedrooms as being on the first floor. That’s one of the reasons I chose it, to accommodate my elderly mother who has difficulty with stairs. All of the bedrooms, however, are on the second floor. Also, the bonus room door does not open from the inside. This is more concerning as it is a potential safety issue. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Woke up and had to clean trash that was scattered everywhere from somebody not locking the trash cans prior to us getting there and bears got into them. Spenty thirty minutes cleaning up two full cans of somebody elses garbage.

Great family stay

Our family and dogs enjoyed the open space, nice kitchen and barbecue. It was a short walk to the dock on Woahink lake for swimming, paddle board and kayaking. Overall. Great experience

Lake area home

Beautiful neighborhood close to the dunes, with neighborhood lake access a fairly close walk from the house. We enjoyed the house and our stay. My less than 5 star rating is because the sunroom cleanliness needed addressing, there was a urine smell unless the windows were open to air out the downstairs part of the house.

Amazing and Unique House

This unique house worked out perfectly for our travel group of 4 ladies and 2 guys. No waiting for your turn in the restroom! Plenty of room for eating and so much space for activities! The surrounding area and the plants on the property were just gorgeous. I would go back in a minute.

Coast Vacation

Relaxing space in a quiet neighborhood. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of space with a great private yard. Easy access to the local markets and beaches.

Everyone really liked the house

Great house nicely set up kitchen. One of the kitchen sinks handels was broken. It was still useable. You should paint or put a strip on the entry door step its a bit of a tripping hazard.Plenty of room to feel really comfortable. We ended up being 6 people.

Beautiful but missing some stuff

The property was not given justice with the pictures! It was way more beautiful and the appliances were top notch! It was close to some beautiful sights and ofc old town. It was a very quiet and absolutely lovely location of the home. It didn’t have any patio furniture, has all these decks and no furniture. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I had a better time sleeping in the jumbo bean bag than any of the beds. It also advertised a crib, but there was no crib. Says it’s “lakeside” but not near the lake at all. There’s a short list of things I disliked, everything was absolutely wonderful my family and I had a wonderful time and we would stay again.

Nice home

We enjoyed our visit to Florence and this house provided us with everything we needed. One of the rooms had two twin beds instead of a double bed that was advertised but that didn't cause us any issues. Enough room for our whole family.

Spacious House, Lovely Neighborhood, Close to Florence

Our family stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. We loved the neighborhood and the location is perfect to access Florence, the dunes, ocean and lakes. We liked the size of the house and that it was pet friendly. Thank you! However, the layout is funky and not well planned. I am sure it was an amazing house at one time. Upkeep has not been done, with many dirty areas, shabby decks, appliances not working, chipped glassware, old saggy mattresses. We were only able to find a total of 5 bath towels, which is surprising considering the size of the house. Also, the photos online do not reflect actual furniture in areas; no deck furniture, no youth bed upstairs. For the price, we expect a clean house, with furniture and appliances in good working order, which this is not.

Exceptional Home

Absolutely lovely. It is a short walk to the lake. Picnic table and a dock. The house was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in. Management staff was available, attentive and nice. Roku works.... just remember to bring some extra batteries for the remotes. We had a very memorable time.

Incredible Property!

This place was SO cool. We did a couples trip for 4th of July and it was perfect. The kids had a blast playing in the bonus room, and the house is well laid out where it was great for the adults to play board games on the big square table while people are cooking or watching TV. The deck was super cool, with enclosures for the dogs so they can enjoy indoor/outdoor (there are small gaps but my big golden retriever wouldn't go through them). Finally, the LAKE! the dock is a bit of a walk (5 min) but the neighbors were nice and let us take our car directly down to load/unload. The dock itself is amazing, tucked into a sheltered cove on the lack, with soft sand bottom and lilypads around. The water is clear and beautiful. We expected to spend the majority of our time on the dunes, but the lake was so nice that we found ourselves paddleboarding and hanging out on the dock constantly. Overall just an incredible property and value.

Lovely place

The house is beautiful and even bigger than it seems in the pictures. The house was clean, well cared for, and absolutely perfect for a large group. It was comfortable with enough seating to have a few guests over for dinner. There isn't water access within walking distance (at least not that I found) and the neighbors were big on bonfires which made the house a bit smokey on some nights but overall highly recommend

Perfect getaway!

We had a birthday celebration with family & friends. It was a great place! Close to ATV riding in the sand dunes, seafood, and the lake. Lovely neighborhood. Relaxing & fun!

Lovely Place to stay in Florence!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! It was probably a bit bigger than we needed with our family of 5, but we absolutely enjoyed the extra space! It rained most of the time we were in Florence, so we spent a lot of time watching movies and playing games. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Just a short drive into town and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had access to the lake which was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property on your next trip to Florence, especially if you have a big family!

Nice place in a nice location

Very nice property on a nice location at the Oregon coast. Easy drive to beach and town. Owner/rep was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout the stay. Would stay again.

West Coast Family Adventure

This was a great home for all my husband and I with our college age kids to stay in Florence for the weekend. It was a well stocked kitchen so we could make family meals. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The beds were so comfortable and the property owner does a good job of making it feel like a home away from home. A great family vacation.
