"My stay at fawnhurst was incredible. The location was perfect and Rachel is truly one of the best hosts in the biz. She made my stay next level good and was very accommodating and communicative. The property is lovely and the home is perfectly cared for and clean. I will definitely be back!"

"Great"

"Great property even better hosts! This is a great spot, close to ammentities but tucked back in a quiet nook. Very clean well taken off with all the ameneties! Outdoor fire pit and hot tub are top notch. So much better than a hotel. Family and couple friendly. "

"The location was fabulous for us and just what we needed as a place to rest at night. Very pleasant host!"

"We enjoyed our stay there. The only suggestions I would have are 1) the kitchen lighting is too dim. Probably stronger bulbs would help, 2) a grab bar for bathtub/ shower. It was quiet and comfortable. The heating system in the living room didn’t come on, but I probably didn’t understand the settings. It kept saying E-6, but not producing heat. The bedroom one worked fine."

"What a find!! Lovely, renovated and everything I needed, including parking. Right on Main street with all the interesting shops and restaurants. Perfect for my little getaway! Would recommend!"

"I had a great stay! Lovely accommodations and property."

"Brandon was very easy to work with. I was a solo traveler and it felt safe and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was just as accommodating as a hotel with more privacy."

"Clean, comfortable space in a great location! It was perfect for running along the French Broad River and very convenient to downtown Asheville. We also loved how easy it was to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway and other area attractions. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A great home base for exploring Asheville and the surrounding area!"

"We’re so glad we found this place! It’s super clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a quick visit. Plus, it’s conveniently located near both Biltmore and downtown. The host is incredibly accommodating and friendly. We’re all set!"

"Clean, affordable lodging with convenient check in! Loved our stay. Only complaint would be no elevator. Hopefully that’s something coming down the line! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in Asheville again soon."

"Comfortable lodging between Hendersonville and Brevard which were our visiting targets."

"The property was a great location. Walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Also close drive to a grocery store, hiking, and breweries. It’s nestled in a cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Porch was relaxing and walkway down to rental had tons of flowers. Communication was very easy. Host was responsive. 4/5 instead of 5/5 because of small fridge and no way to cook besides a microwave."

"We had a lovely time at the downtown Hendersonville location, which was close to where I needed to be to walk to my temporary work destination each day as well as to great spots for lunch and dinner. A walk down Main Street in the evenings provided the fresh air we needed. There is convenient parking on site. Host communications were excellent, and she was very accommodating. We will definitely return on these short work trips."

"Nice quiet place"

"This is a great rental with all the comforts of home. The bed and linens are comfortable, the kitchen area is well stocked with enough to prepare a small meal and the bathroom shower is beautiful! Carol was so accommodating and a great hostess!"
