"These accommodations were outstanding. This location was perfect for visiting Brevard. We took a short walk on the trail (just at the bottom of the hill) to get to and from the downtown area. "Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that."
