We had a great time here for an extended weekend. The place is fantastic, equipped with everything we needed, and even nicer in person vs pictures! The hosts had great communication throughout the entire process, and we had zero trouble over our 5 day/4 night stay. Location is fantastic and plenty of stuff if walkable (Sunny Point, The Whale, Haywood Common, etc). Unfortunately it was about 25 during our stay, so we took the two minute drive. We’ll definitely be back after an amazing experience!

Perfect place for our weekend getaway with our fur babies! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood; plenty of privacy. The space was clean and spacious. Fantastic location to all things Asheville but specifically the cool West Asheville area. Would love to stay again during our next trip!

It's a simple, quiet suite with a lovely, covered deck and beautiful view of the woods. Great for bird watching while drinking your morning coffee. Not particularly close to downtown, but perfect for us while visiting relatives in the neighborhood within walking distance.

Pet friendly. Very bright and well done decor. Very Clean and well maintained. Shops nearby were on the outer range of an easy walk. Good central location for easy travel to downtown and Biltmore. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay, the rental was very clean and decorated super cute. The owner was sweet and a good communicator. The parking on the street was a bit tight but it didn't cause any issues.

Quaint spot in quiet West Asheville neighborhood near several restaurants and shops. Loved the peaceful porch where we enjoyed hummingbirds and songbirds. Beautiful flowers throughout the property. Highly recommended.

Beautifully appointed apartment

This basement apartment is so cute! It’s clean and private and has a nice porch available as well! The neighborhood is quiet and close to many cute restaurants. This apartment may not be great for folks with difficulty navigating stairs, as you have to use outdoor stairs without a railing to get down to it, but otherwise it’s the perfect Asheville apartment! I would stay here again!

Quaint stay

Great location one night stay and convenient for concert goers. Close to Haywood road where you can find restaurants, coffee shops etc. Be mindful there is only street parking available and it was pretty limited. The backyard is very steep to walk the pups.

Perfect stay in Asheville

Katlin is a terrific host. Rental was very clean and comfortable, perfect location for us and close to downtown. Wife and I really enjoyed our stay and we were able to bring our two schnauzers which had a backyard for them to do their business. When we return to Asheville, we hope to be staying at Katlin’s and Jesse‘s home again.

Cozy and convenient

What a beautiful space and in a great area! Amazing I could stay here with my golden retriever and be at ease during my stay. Came into town for the Half Marathon and was close enough to drive or Lyft to all things during the weekend.

Super cute spot right by downtown

By far one of the cutest vrbo’s that I’ve ever stayed in! The location is super convenient and I loved being able to walk my dog to the nearest coffee shop. The owner was very nice and communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Ashville efficiency

This is a cute, clean space in a basement to stay. Loved how it was close to everything. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) is the parking on the street. I did not like that. Im not sure it is stated in the advertising of this cute place, but i think it is beneficial to know. Also, directions for the Nepresso machine would have been nice and where to get the pods. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Katlin was very quick to respond to any questions I had.
