"Wow. This studio had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Key West. Very well appointed. There were big thirsty beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel set, and even a beach hat. Plus the use of bikes. The mini kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked with quality appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. to make and serve meals. This was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. Ken is a wonderful host. 10/10. We’d stay here again in a heart beat! "

"My husband and I stayed at this property for our wedding anniversary and had such a great time. Everything was clean, as stated, and was very cute! The location was really the highlight of this place! Best location on Duval and near everything! You cannot beat the location for this place!"

"This is very cute 4BR, 4 full bath place, it actually 2 apts connected by doors that meet to the back yard. It is on the second floor with several steps up to living space and up from the outdoor space. It is above the rental office which made it convenient to go down and chat with people as needed (weekdays). Beds are very comfortable! Having a parking spot is great however it is not directly attached to the place, but rather close. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!...

"The space was small, but you couldn't beat the location! We were within walking distance of everything...shopping, dining, and attractions. There is a pool, which was enjoyed by our relatives who were with us. I was usually resting up for another adventure! The host was extremely accomodating and readily available by phone. Parking at first was an issue because it is a residential neighborhood, but, once we found parking, we didin't move the car the whole time we were there! "
