We had a wonderful stay in Key West while in town for a friend’s wedding. The studio was perfect for just my husband and me—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location made it easy to enjoy the weekend and get around Key West. We’d definitely stay here again!

Instructions for getting into the room was confusing. The lockbox with the keys to the room was not labeled so we had to try each one (there were several) until we found the one that worked with the code provided. Then, to get into the building we were provided a different door code. The code provided was incomplete. We were given a four digit code but the instructions didn’t mention you have add a hashtag at the end to get the door to unlock. We had to figure that part out on our own. Also, the listing says that there is parking available on site. There is not. We had to find parking on the street which I really don’t like doing. One of the main reasons I chose this place was to have a place to park and there wasn’t one. It add extra stress to a 6 hour drive that I didn’t want or need.

Check in process could be a lot better The keys are in a lock box that does not work all the time. You could not adjust the a/c it was stuck on 76 degrees. We used the bikes which was nice to have. The pool was clean and refreshing.Other than the check in and A/C the place was nice.

This room was perfect for us! Everything we needed was included except coffee pods so pack your own. We loved the proximity to Duval Street and the Southernmost Point. We enjoyed the pool and met a nice couple there. We were able to park right in front of the building. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed in the Rembrant room #6Great location in a quiet place with a super value. I really liked that he had no hidden fees. Clean and well stocked with nice add ons like beach chairs & umbrella, soft sided cooler, and bikes for local travel. Parked the car and used bikes for everything including transportation to the Yankee Freedom boat dock to the Dry Tortugas. Pool was clean and perfect temp. Bring your own coffee keurig cups or ground coffee for the drip coffee maker. Nice to have an extra fan as the mini air conditioner could barely keep up and we didn't have a hot week. Only improvements is to have a better lock box key pick up. The boxes aren't marked and it took multiple attempts to open the lock box with the provided code. Frustrating when you arrive but can't get in....Lastly, they need a new tire pump as the one in the closet doesn't work. Still left with a satisfactory approval and would recommend staying with Ken place.

We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! It was perfect to bike around and then come back to the property and jump in the pool! Highly recommend this property or any of Ken's properties! We will be back! Thank you Ken!

If you are looking for a clean room close to everything this is a great place! Pool is wonderful after a long day walking. There is laundry on sight and has two types of coffee pots, kerig and a regular maker. You will need to bring your own coffee. There is a microwave and small refrigerator. It is a small room but all you really need. One note, the lock boxes are not really numbered well. The dark box is 6. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We don't get the "exceptional" rating at all. It felt like we were at the beach. The floor was filthy and full of sand. Our feet were black in 5 minutes. We lost all water pressure for several hours and the lock box is very frustrating. Get one that works. Took me 5 minutes to put the key back. That said Ken was very communicative and it's in a great spot. Very small. We loved the pool which is very nice. This is in a great spot close to everything. I'm not a fancy boy at all. If it were clean I'd of given a better review

Ken (our host), is an excellent communicator and was very responsive to our needs. The studio is small, but had everything we needed. It is exactly as advertised. The location was good, being less than 10 minutes cart ride from everything we visited. We will be back!

We had a great time. Good location. Loved the pool, and we used the bicycles to get all around the island. The condo was small but had everything you would need and was clean and cozy. We would rent it again!One suggestion: Clearly mark the lockboxes. We had to try the code on every box till we found the right one. Also, we didn't know that after entering the code on the building door, you have to press the # symbol.
