    This studio features a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Complimentary WiFi and cable TV are available, and shared laundry facilities are located on-site for your convenience.

    Guest Perks:
    Take a dip in the heated pool, fire up the grill, or simply lounge on the sundeck. Our contactless check-in system provides ease and security with personalized access codes.

Excellent communications and wonderful location. We even had on street parking for our stay. Enjoyed the pool and the porch for morning coffee. Cozy accommodations, but well appointed.

Property was decent. The images online are significantly better than real life. Claimed to be newly remodeled, but that seems a stretch. As a carpenter of 25 years seeing rotten wood in stair stringers is quite problematic. Overall a good experience. A bit underwhelming though.

The host was great. They provided rides from and back to the air port, and stopped at a store so we could grab a couple things. The room was small but very clean, it suited our needs just fine. The location is good if you don't mind to walk or you will want to plan on some type transportation. We did not use the pool, but it did look clean and maintained.

The unit was clean and equipped well. Check in and out was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and off the beaten path but in a few blocks, you are in the action. This unit is very small and great for a single traveler or couple that doesn't mind close quarters. Not a lot of storage for clothing, one small closet, no drawers. A/C unit is kind of noisy and runs constantly but does its job.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This was the cutest little (and I mean little) studio we've ever stayed in. It was perfect for 2 of us. The location, the charm of the property, the adorable private pool area...all top notch! The house is situated on a quiet side street. We loved having laundry on site. I really enjoyed drinking my tea on the front porch in the mornings. It was the perfect way to start our Key West days. We cannot wait to come back!

The amenities of the room and the location were great. The hallway was kind of dirty and in desperate need of some wall & door cleaning (white painted walls mostly black from dirty hands, bag scuffs etc) but the unit itself was great and instructions were easy to follow for how to access the property. We did run into an issue when we went to check in or nobody was available at the office, but we did call the phone number listed and somebody was able to drive over and help us out within about 15 minutes.

Good location in Key West

This was over all a very good stay. The place was very clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was smaller than anticipated, specifically the bathroom. We generally spend very little time in our hotel/Vrbo while on vacation, so this was not a significant draw back.

Two days not enough.

We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Small but everything you need. Inside the room it was very clean. If I could say anything negative it would be, the outdoor space needs a cleaning and some paint. Staff was great!
