"To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware. The ones that was there was broken or dirty. They mentioned a pool in the description but I am pretty sure that no one would be able to enter on it as it seemed to be a...

"This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others."

"The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. "This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....
