The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!

Location for radiation treatment at Perelman Advanced Medical center

I stayed here for the next 2 treatments at the Perelman center. The location was absolutely perfect. There were a ton of fantastic restaurants close by within walking distance and the drive to the center was only 18 minutes. I highly recommend staying here rather than a hotel close to the center.

Perfect accommodations while getting medical care at Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine

This property is absolutely fabulous. It is located in Fairmount on a wonderful street with no limitation on parking duration. We were able to find a close parking space each day after returning from either treatments at the Perelman center (only 18 minutes away by car going straight down 21st street and across Walnut to 34th), or from our adventures sightseeing in Phili. The house is spotless and extremely comfortable. We can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to staying at one of the hotels downtown close to the hospitals. It was also extremely easy to reach out and get answers to any questions including an alternative way to connect to the WiFi when the first connection failed to work as plan. Since we are also walkers, we were able to walk to the Old City and back again to this house when the weather was nice. It is quite safe to do and is only around 2 1/2 miles away. Great location for multiple reasons!!

Lovely, well-kept property near the museum area and not too far from Center City. The owners are very thoughtful and responded rapidly to our few questions bother before and during our stay. We're stay here again in a heartbeat which is the highest praise I can offer.

Great Philly Neighborhood Experience

We were happy to experience city living in Philly. Mostly used house for downtime… slept 5 adults comfortablely but we did use a borrowed blow up bed. Enough space in living room to all gather to watch tv. Enjoyed walking to restaurants in neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!

Walkable neighborhood and great communication with owners. Would stay again.

We loved the location in Fairmount. It was walkable to the bus lines that we used to get around the city. We were concerned that we would not be able to find parking, but we found parking on the street everyday even when we returned late. The space was clean and the owners checked in on our first day. I had a question about one shower. They responded within minutes. The shower needed a repair and they were able to fix it the same day with updates on the progress throughout the day. They were really invested in our stay being comfortable and hassle free.

Our stay at Gabriel’s place was wonderful! We walked in to a very clean, spacious, non-cluttered and cool home! Our family of 6 stayed here for two nights as we were in town for a family wedding. We were able to do some sightseeing on foot as well. We had brought food to prepare for breakfast and I felt comfortable working in the kitchen because it was super clean! The home is very tastefully decorated and it was comforting to see extra trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc. There were also stand up fans in every bedroom and an ironing board and a clothing steamer. The neighborhood is quaint and very safe. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable. Gabe was easy to communicate with and always available if needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Graduation Philly in Philly

My family and I recently visited Philadelphia to celebrate my son’s graduation. Since they had never been to the city before, we thought it would be a great opportunity to show them around. The house exceeded our expectations in every way; it was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and situated in an ideal location. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable. There are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance, offering a diverse array of cuisines. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning.
