The check in process with Vacasa was a little frustrating but after about 15 mins and lots of new codes we made it inside. That’s the only small complaint. The house was spotless, bed comfortable, loved the lay and location. One last helpful hint, my teenagers didn’t like not having a tv in each bedroom. But with iPads and phones they got over it quickly.

The house was very nice and clean. The master bed was really nice. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in town. We did have an issue checking in. We were told we could check in about an hour early so that's when we arrived. The door code they gave us didn't work. I had to talk to 2 different people and waste 45 minutes trying to get into the front door. Finally after trying about 5 different codes, they gave me a code that would open the door.

This property was perfect for our trip. We were in town for baseball and a family gathering and this property met our needs perfectly. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend it!!!

The house was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located to lots of fun things to do, see, and great places to eat, all very nearby. We did have issues with the water pressure being very light at times, and we had several incidents of the lock not working over our stay, which was annoying and eventually fixed, but the management service for the property is not local so you have no one in town to help. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would gladly stay again if we had the opportunity.

We loved our stay in this house . Such a pretty place! It was very clean and the beds were comfy and cozy. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for our daughter’s graduation from The University of Arkansas . We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the Audrey was wonderful for our stay. Plenty of room for the six of us. Great location as we were preparing for the wedding. The parking lot next door was great for an extra car. Will definitely plan on staying here again when up that way!

This place was perfect for our girls getaway weekend to explore Fayetteville. Three moms took our three teenage daughters to tour UofA, then spent the weekend shopping and dining. The house was perfect for relaxing at the end of each day. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Audrey while we were in Fayetteville visiting family. The attention to detail is superb . We had everything we needed ! The bed was very comfortable and the entire place was spotless . There is a nice fenced back yard with a gazebo where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Fayetteville ! .

We booked The Audrey for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of space, was well stocked and the check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here with a family or group!
