"When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up"

"Ha sido un mes fantástico y el apartamento ha tenido mucho que ver con ello por su ubicación y completa equipación. Cada invierno pasamos una temporada en la isla. Hemos visto muchos apartamentos y este ha sido, con mucho, el mejor. "We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing."

"Good location 5 minute drive from parking in the resort. Easy to head North to Mogan and up to the mountains to walk. Being met by a property manager with his useful information,rather than a keystore was great. We were surprised to have to hand over 100 euros as a deposit,as this wasn’t obvious in the property details."

"This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. Very nice pool and sunbathing area although the fingerprint admittance system is inconsistent. The fingerprints of some people will allow entry to he pool area but others won't. We...

"Nos hemos alojado 7 noches en este estupendo apartamento y ha sido una experiencia muy positiva. Teníamos absolutamente de todo (incluyendo cuna, trona, bañera y todo lo necesario para un bebé). El apartamento es muy acogedor, bonito, nuevo y tiene unas vistas fantásticas. Además, Esteban y Lourdes son super agradables y muy atentos en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos!"

"Very good location, quiet and beautiful views of the ocean. Too bad that a part of the road to Mogan is closed and you have to make aditional km to Puerto Rico to turn around and have access back to hotel."
