"Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time."

"What a wonderful country beach house! This house is charming and cozy. I love the older furnishings - of high quality. This is not an ikea house! I loved having breakfast on the back, screened in porch. Cooking in this well stocked kitchen with a pleasure. Our host was quick with communications and everything was very easy for us. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing getaway!"

We loved being right on the water. The location is fabulous. We had great meals from Newsome's, Horn Harbor Restaurant and Fawn's Delectable Cafe. We enjoyed exploring the Northern Neck! "We stayed at the Cove house for 5 nights and used the property as our wedding venue! We had an amazing stay, and it was perfect for our wedding. We received so many compliments on how great of a venue it was and how beautiful the property was. The house was perfect, super cute and worked great for getting ready photos. The master bedroom is beautiful. The view of the water is great to wake up to and the screened in porches were great for morning coffee. The property was well kept and looked just...

"Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. The kids used the crab pots and had a nice haul for lunch one day. The back yard is spacious and the perfect spot for a fire at the end of the night, and the dock area is incredibly serene.
