"Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family. On this occasion it was shortly after my wife had an operation. The staff were helpful in providing a room close to the lift and were keen to ensure that everything was okay for us. The only downside was that in booking a second room for our daughter we were charged for 2 breakfasts (no option for a single) by Hotels.com - not the policy of the hotel we were told. In future we would not pre-order breakfast and pay at...
