Almost perfect! Hot tub could have been warmer but this property had EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want. A perfect girls weekend and memories were made. Close enough to Eureka Springs and a beautiful setting.

Booked this house for our annual zombie Crawl. The size of the house was great for a family gathering. Unfortunately it rained the whole weekend so we weren't able to enjoy the deck and hot tub. Nice quiet area with large kitchen and dining area for cooking. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Check in was easy. House was very nice and inviting. This was a family trip with our 88 year old mother. You helped us create everlasting memories! Thank you, will definitely return someday.

We had an amazing weekend. Far away from the hustle and bustle of Eureka Springs, but close enough to still visit. Hot tub was so relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Will book again.

Family wedding

Stayed with my family for a family wedding in eureka . Place was clean except for the fold out couch had dirt all over the bed when it was pulled out . Location is 20 min from eureka . Very well stocked . Overall very pleased with the house

Excellent weekend lodging choice

The house is very well stocked. We really appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious. Lots of room to eat, play games, or just stretch out and relax. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

Nice spacious house. Comfy beds. Showers and kitchen sink could use some tlc but over all a nice l, clean place with room for a family. Really appreciated extras like soaps, shampoos conditioner, laundry detergent and plenty of TP and such. Holiday island is beautiful!

Weekend Away

What an amazing home, so clean, everything you need, We brought things that we thought we may need staying in a VRBO. This place has everthing, even had a lot of spices for our meat. This place is a must stay, we drove over to Eureka Springs and spent the day. It was a very short drive. This house is a 10

This was a lovely home

The property manager was very responsive. The home was clean. Furniture was nice. It looked like new carpeting throughout. Very quiet and peaceful area. We would stay here again if/when we come back to Eureka Springs.

PERFECT GETAWAY HOUSE

I booked this house for a weekend girls trip & it was perfect! The house location was SO quite and peaceful. The drive to the house was so scenic & only a quick 10min drive to downtown Eureka. The house was stocked up with ANYHTING you may need or forgot to bring. The hot tub was clean & already turned on and ready for us when we arrived. We will be staying here again.

Good weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house on the Island! We enjoyed being able to go golfing on their 9 hole course. There were deer around the property as well . Beds were comfortable and just the right size for 6 adults. My only complaint was that there were no college football channels on their TV's. We had a little work around, so not a big issue.

The home was a great place to stay. We sent a text when we arrived and also when we left. There were a couple of items we wanted the owner to know and sent those items to the number given as well. We didn't get any response until after we left and the person wanted to know what property. The ice maker did not work and the knob for the hall bath was difficult to open from the inside and outside. There were very few bath towels, just four for 6 people. Unsure why. We had a great time and the place was good for our family.

Peaceful and Quiet!

The house was nice. We had a few questions that went unanswered, the lady at Holiday Islands claimed it must of went into spam file. It’s doubtful but we managed. I personally won’t stay there again not because of the house but the neighborhood was too far nestled in the woods.

October Wedding

We LOVED this property and will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. The community was perfect and the little restaurant near by was icing on the cake. Deer came right up to the house to graze and wasn't scared that we were outside on the deck. We loved that. The only thing that was off is that the listing stated there were bunkbeds but there was not. Our grandchildren ended up not being able to make it, so it wasn't a big deal, but we were expecting them.

Ride the Pig Trail

There were 6 of us total. 4 motorcycles, 1 truck, 1 SUV, 1 Trailer and 1 tiny dog named Davidson (the Harley is silent) We came to ride the hills and it was fantastic. The House was perfect for our little band. We weren't crowded had plenty of room inside and out to stretch and relax. The guys enjoyed the rock wall in front after riding for the day. I, on the other hand, enjoyed the deck and real chairs. The management team was GREAT to respond quickly when we had concerns about the AC. We had a mama deer and spotted fawn that would join us for coffee. An Armadillo that was creepy but cool. AND my tiny dog chased a rabbit that was bigger than him... LOL. It was a GREAT trip and I would highly recommend this home if you plan to visit Eureka Springs.

The house was exactly as listed. The host was very responsive. The hot tub was amazing. We had everything we needed. We seen lots of deer, including the 4 in the back yard. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

The property was ideal for our family vacation, we enjoyed the hot tub, the layout of the house was great, the only thing is the flower design couch was in need of an update. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here!

Holiday Island house

We had a great stay~ House was clean, and in good order. The only "complaint" I would have is that the front bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, I believe it needs to be replaced. Master bedroom bed was comfortable to me.
