The property was wonderful, living areas outside and in were great. Very clean property and had everything you need. We enjoyed the lake access. And most importantly, a delightful yellow cat who came to visit us occasionally who brought so much joy couldn’t believe he’s not mentioned in other reviews. The only thing I will say as a heads up to guests, the road to get there is rough in a couple spots. We had an SUV and if you take your time it was okay but someone in a car might have issues. It was a deterrent to going back out once you were home, but really not a bad thing.

Overall great place and would stay again. Agree with a previous comment that space is smaller than appears online. Would be comfortable for two adults and 1-2 kids but crowded for crowded for two couples. Loved using the tub hot and kayaks. If you arrive after dark, be prepared the use your phone light or flashlight to navigate upstairs to turn outside lights on. Was very dark when we arrived but fine once we got the key out of the lockbox and went upstairs to turn outside lights on. Thanks!

This was an absolute perfect getaway! Completely secluded and quiet but only 20-30 minutes from town. Our host provided every amenity we could want to ensure an enjoyable stay. A hot tub with a view of the lake, a fire pit in the yard when we wanted to build a fire and a gas fire pit when we just wanted to relax. Kayaks with all the accessories to go tool around the lake (at no extra charge!) and plenty of areas to just relax. We didn’t even know how amazing a Napoleon grill was until we used it…it was top notch! There’s a fish frier on the lower deck as well. Every detail was thought of and every moment was pure enjoyment! We will be back!

We had an amazing family getaway! Our hosts were incredibly communicative and attentive throughout the entire process. Although our original booking was for a different location, they proactively reached out after noticing an issue and offered us an alternative. To our delight, the new spot was even closer to the lake and turned out to be a perfect fit for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—and we’ll definitely be booking with these hosts again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an incredible stay at the Loft at Lovers Leap in Eureka Springs! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and secluded the property was—it felt like our own private retreat. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the highlights was the easy access to the lake. We loved being able to launch the kayaks right from the property and explore the calm, scenic waters. It was especially memorable kayaking to Lover’s Leap—such a breathtaking spot and a unique experience we won’t forget.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unplug, unwind, and soak up the natural beauty of Eureka Springs. We can’t wait to come back!

Great rental

We rarely leave reviews as we generally don’t find they are warranted. However, this place was great , very clean, and perfectly stocked to make it a fun stay. Kayaking was so much fun. Would return here. Great place !

Beautiful lake front loft

We loved this Beaver Lake in Eureka Springs loft. It had everything we needed and more. The host was accommodating and quick to reply. It’s a perfect location if you’re wanting to enjoy the lake, and I mean PERFECT. This home is beautiful, cozy, the sunsets were the cherry on top. We are definitely planning to return!

Absolutely Beautiful Property

This property was everything you could ask for. New, clean, beautiful view, luxury hot tub and grill and a comfortable bed. Right on the water, direct access a couple minutes down the road. Stunning view of the water from the balcony and right down the road from another beautiful view at lovers leap overlooking the water. Along with the beautiful property, the host was fantastic! Responds quickly, very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Was able to accommodate an early arrival for us. Would absolutely love to visit this property again! Thank you Fatima for a wonderful experience at your property!

Long weekend trip

We spent a long weekend here and loved everything. The lake access was perfect for our kayak. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and more. We will definitely be coming back to stay at The Loft. and staying here.

3 day getaway

This property was absolutely fantastic for a couples getaway or for a small family. The property is brand new construction and everything was very well thought out. The interior and exterior are gorgeous, clean and everything we could need for a 3 day weekend. The owners were very prompt with any questions I had prior to booking. There are no poctures to show just how close you are to the water, but its a short walk down to the shore from whwre the fence lines the property. It was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I. It may be a little much for someone who has trouble with uneven surfaces bit we really enjoyed how easy it was to access the water carrying coolers, chairs and kayaks. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure. The owner was also accommodating with a request to allow an in home massage during our stay! This gorgeous loft is a MUST at Beaver Lake!

Great spot to relax!
