"The house is perfectly located for a short walk to all of the shops in downtown Eureka Springs. The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals at home. Check-in and check-out was super simple and I appreciated the clear instructions. We had a great trip and loved being able to get away for a short stay!"

"After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too"

"Overall, the house is very nice. It will sleep 12 people, but living spaces are small enough that all could not fit in one space at the same time. The kitchen is not well stocked. Had to buy a decent knife and drain stoppers to wash dishes. The location is nice and the cove is private and pleasant. We enjoyed our time there."

"Our family opted to celebrate Christmas in May due to crazy schedules in Dec ‘23. This location met all our needs: sleeping arrangements, room to spread out, kitchen amenities, and the view was spectacular. Our next Christmas location will be different all together, but for THIS year, thank you for helping us create memories. We felt right at home in Holiday Island. (See? Our host set the tone for the stay by responding almost instantly to our arrival message and graciously agreeing to our request to enter the property a few minutes early. The property was true to the listing in every way, and also included thoughtful extras not listed such as travel brochures, salt/pepper shakers, and K-cups for the Keurig. "The Rockhouse Cave side was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, spacious, with an amazing patio, and an up close and personal view of Civil War History. The location is perfect for those wanting to walk Main Street in Eureka Springs. The check in/out process was convenient and not complicated."
