"Nice place. Nothing fancy and the reasonable price reflects that. The wall air conditioner kept the rooms very cold in a 100 degree heat wave. Clean floors. Okay bed and nice bedding. Very good place to stay on a budget"

"Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand! A little ventilation in the bath would be a big help. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in cooler months! The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Affordable as well as...

"We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back.
Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. "
