"Very close to Main Street!! Parking was fantastic!! It is up stairs so plan accordingly. Communication with host was timely. I have already booked it for my next business event in that area. Does have a microwave and full size smaller fridge. If you plan to cook meals, there is no stove. Didn't realize that until I got there but Marcos Pizza does deliver. The futon and main bed were comfortable. Didn't use the twin. The twin and futon are in the same room. No door on main bedroom so...

"My daughter's apartment in Asheville was made unlivable by Hurricane Helene. Monika worked with us to rent the property for a month while my daughter got back on her feet. Her regular local check-ins with my daughter helped us all through a tough situation."

"Our hostess thought of the little things. The things that make you fell at home. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is very spacious, clean, with a beautiful view. If all you want to do is rest and watch the apples grow you can certainly do this here. The birds in the morning to watching the bunny play was a great stress receiver. She has done an amazing job making one have an amazing experience. Thank you so much."

"We enjoyed our stay there. The only suggestions I would have are 1) the kitchen lighting is too dim. Probably stronger bulbs would help, 2) a grab bar for bathtub/ shower. It was quiet and comfortable. The heating system in the living room didn’t come on, but I probably didn’t understand the settings. It kept saying E-6, but not producing heat. The bedroom one worked fine."

"Booked last minute as I was ahead of schedule driving. Glad I found this gem! The bed was so comfy, wow! I had to call twice as I was a bit overtired and the host was more than generous helping me. Nicely decorated and having a family member in a wheelchair (not on this trip), its refreshing to see ADA rooms that are adorably decorated and make sense. We will def be back.I spaced out and left my laptop, had it in a couple of days. Above and beyond is this wonderful place. Dog place was adorable...
