"Gary’s house is a VIBE! We loved the convenient location, roof top patio, onsite parking, really easy instructions, and phenomenal decor! Being able to due laundry, and have a full kitchen was much appreciated! We will definitely be back!"

The owner was very fast in responding to my questions, and the condo was well-appointed with soap and shower items, ample towels, and kitchen necessities. We got a lot of steps in each day, and the condo is within a five-minute walk from a subway station, microbrewery, doughnut/ pizza shop, and multiple restaurants. We had a great overall experience! "Great place to stay for your Boston explorations! Southie location was pretty much 20 min from everywhere we wanted to go. Having your own garage to use was fantastic! Well-appointed, modern, and tastefully decorated flat. Primary has its own private bathroom, then 2nd one in hallway. Second bedroom set up as a kids room with large bunk bed with thinner mattresses. They stocked all you need including Starbucks coffee! "

"We were travelling with my 82 year old mom and Allan and Tess were the most thoughtful hosts we could ask for. The apartment was Ofcourse clean and ready. Tess actually got anti skid matts for the bathroom to make it easier for my mom. The beds in the master bedroom actually have massagers in and was heavenly after a hectic day in downtown Boston, The location is perfect and close to down town and all other attractions in Boston. "Our stay at The Dean was nice for a group of 4. The property was clean and reasonably priced. It was a short distance in to the South side of Boston and parking in front of the property was not a problem. "

The penthouse is beautifully furnished, SUPER clean and very well stocked. The hosts offered helpful recommendations and guidance during our Boston stay. "The location was outstanding offering easy access to all attractions and public transportation, all while being situated on a quiet street. The host was the best I've ever encountered-extremely responsive and attentive to all our needs. I was concerned about parking since we drove in, but the garage was only 2 blocks away and secure. Dropping off luggage first at the house was no problem. Would stay here again and recommend."
