Centrally located in an original, bow-front brick row-house -- just steps from Back Bay, the Boston Common, Newbury Street shopping, Tremont Street's restaurant row, and the rest of central Boston -- this location is the ultimate in convenience.. This two-floor condo has WiFi, a washing machine, AC, heating, a full chef's kitchen, a back deck, a private entrance, and more -- it's a comfortable place to stay in for night but also convenient for going out and exploring the city by foot. The serene, remarkably quiet atmosphere of this condo, complete with 3 bathrooms, offers a perfect retreat for your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.

Great location and A/C a huge plus! However, one of the beds was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. In general, furniture is uncomfortable throughout. If we stayed longer than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. The unit was surface clean but not consistently clean throughout. Host was excellent with communication prior to the stay. Easy access.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, the unit was well stocked, and communication with the host was great. The space worked well for our family of 4. This unit is in a very walkable area of Boston. We walked home from a Red Sox game and it was around 30 minutes which was much better than trying to get an uber. The only downsides were that some maintenance is needed. The living room needs a new sofa, the main bedroom needs a new bed, and some plumbing issues need to be addressed. All of that aside it was a great property.

Great place to stay. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Lots of great resources and recommendations were available for us to look through at the house.

The hosts provided a ton of helpful information to make our visit easier. It was a great place to stay with a toddler with a low to the ground cot and multiple playgrounds within easy walking distance and cabinet of toys/books etc. our kiddo had fun exploring.

Northeastern Graduation

We had a wonderful stay in Boston’s south end. The property is within walking distance to Northeastern and is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The place has a big kitchen which was perfect to gather and visit. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location in a fun city!

This was our first time in Boston, and it was amazing! This place was so convenient to everything, and it was in a very safe, beautiful area. The house was super clean, and the communication with the owners was fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!

Great spot

This home had everything we needed. Great living space. Beds are comfortable and location lends access to all parts of town. Would definately stay here again.

Great location in a fairly quiet area in the South End. The photos and online information were pretty accurate. The entrance to the front door could use some clean-up, but overall the property was clean enough. The kitchen area is really nice if you want to stay in and cook. I would definitely stay in the property again.

Good location to Back Bay area. We went for graduation at BAC. Comfortable beds and bathroom in each bedroom one upstairs. The back entry would be tricky for mobility issues. We paid extra for parking in the back which was VERY narrow to navigate. The owner stated 2 spaces but it would work only for 2 small cars or one small SUV and car without opening the doors. The kitchen is really great for entertaining. Well appointed. And the apt itself had lots of amenities one might need. Very nice extras for children if you have any, like stuffed animals in bedside drawer. We were just adults. There was a discrepancy in check out time listed on the website vs owner requirements so I would double check that. Otherwise, good location, nice area, expensive but that is Boston I guess.

Great location! Easy walking distance to Fenway and Prudential Center. Had to uber to north end as it was too far to walk. Everything was clean and adequately stocked. Tim was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. There is a grocery store one block down. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great condo in Boston

We loved our stay, the condo is very nice with a kitchen that our whole family sat around and talked. The two bedrooms were nice with their own bathroom. Both beds were very comfortable. I would say it sleeps 4 comfortably but can accommodate 6 with the air mattress and cot. The location was great! We walked everywhere in Boston! Great base home.

Baby Shower Weekend

My daughters and granddaughters were in Boston for the weekend. This house was perfect for our stay. Two bedrooms with attached baths on the bottom floor away from all the hustle bustle. The first floor had a beautiful kitchen/great room area with an outside deck. Everything we needed was there and the host responded to all questions quickly. It was great and convenient to coffee shops/ restaurants and shops. We had a blast.

We liked this property a lot, particularly in contrast to a hotel stay. But for an accumulation of minor maintenance items ( I gave the host a list), I would give it five stars. None of the items had much affect on our stay, but there were enough I have to give four stars instead of five.

Best place for a full Boston experience!

We had difficulty finding a place to host our family of (5) comfortably and had 2 bathrooms. This house was just that and more! We enjoyed being able to cook some of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, even baked cookies, and relaxed and watched a movie in the Family Room. The location is outstanding, walking distance to a lot of places. The grocery store is only 3 minutes away walking! Tim was prompt to respond; answered all my questions and made the check-in process easy. Thanks Tim for everything! We are definitely coming back, we loved Boston and this house is the perfect fit for a full Bostonian experience.

Great place marred by cleanliness issues

My friends and I stayed here for the holiday weekend and at first it seemed great. The location is excellent, the place is spacious for 3 adults, the owners were super communicative, and the check-in process was easy. However, when we got ready for bed, the linens in the front bedroom were covered in hair. That was in addition to the smaller issues we overlooked like the floors being not super clean, toilet paper dispenser not securely attached, etc. Not only did we have to strip the beds and wash all the linens, including the duvet cover, but also the level of anxiety it caused the person staying in that room was extremely high - she was not able to sleep well. What made it all exponentially worse was that after not responding to my message about the issue for more than a day, there was absolutely no apology or anything suggested to rectify the situation. It was a real disappointment to what would have otherwise been a great stay. Also hot tip, they will charge you for parking but there’s visitor parking for free about half a block up from the house.
