Das Apartment ist zentral und sehr gut gelegen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Mit wenigen Schritten findet man Frühstück und Abendessen. Mit der Blue Line ist die Anfahrt vom Airport schnell. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Lucinda, der Vermieterin, war über WhatsApp problemlos möglich und hilfreich. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind freundlich.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung.

The location in Beacon Hill neighborhood is very nice. Close to restaurant and subway. The noise that was referenced in previous reviews did not exist. Getting the lock box open was a bit difficult. The apartment was clean and quiet. Toilet needed to be flushed when we arrived. Whatever.......

Historic location, very central, convenient to trains, and very walkable. Apt. is comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Lucy was a helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend!

Loved it!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here - last time we were in Boston was 10 years ago. It was exactly as described. It met all of our needs. Perfect location. Check in & out process super easy. Excellent communication! Highly recommend! Will stay there again! 5 stars!

Avoid this apartment

We had very little sleep for the three nights we were there because of the noise of the banging water pipes.The bedrooms were in the basement with hardly any natural light. To reach the basement you had to attempt a steep and narrow spiral staircase. Carrying suitcases down this staircase was perilous. The decor of the apartment was tired and uncomfortable. The beds and bedding were cheap. The bathrooms needed to be renovated.We liked the area but would never rent that apartment again.

Incredible Location

The location was unparalleled. It was close to the T, Target, grocery stores, and Boston Common. The house is quirky. I would recommend earplugs to sleep as the house is noisy but I would definitely stay here again.

Historic visit to Boston

Well located within walking distance of much of historic Boston. Also easy to catch a ride share or the T. Well stocked with utensils, plates, and glasses. We thought the spiral staircase to the bedroom level was neat. While not the most up to date, everything worked and kept us comfortable.

Spring Getaway

The location of the property was great. We were able to easily navigate our way around Boston due to the central location of the property. The apartment does need some updating but overall it was charming.Unfortunately we were awakened each night by the constant loud tapping/dripping noise in our bedroom. In the half bathroom there was printed instructions to not flush toilet paper. That seemed odd to all that stayed in the apartment. Other than those two things we did enjoy our stay.

Location is fantastic with easy access to everything. Communication with hosts was great. Expect city noise in one bedroom and water pipe noise in the other, but both got quieter late in the evening.

Not as advertised

This place was a disappointment. I should have looked at more reviews. The host was kind enough to let us in early. The beds were comfortable, but that is where the comfort ends. The kitchen floor was dirty. The oven didn’t work, and we had difficulty with the lock. The host did not respond to our concerns about the oven except to insult me for not reading broken oven related reviews from 9 months ago. I was disappointed with the property, the response from the host, and vrbo’s response.
