"We chose this property because of its excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, as well as the advertised air conditioning and two bathrooms. The apartment was nicely decorated, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. "Very inviting apartment, good size for the 4 of us, ages 13-72. There are 72 stairs up to the apartment, which were challenging for my mother, but we knew that when we booked. Beds are US queen size and were firm but comfortable. The bunk room is small, but was fine for the girls. Fantastic location, near the metro and Eiffel Tower. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again."

"The lock on the door to the studio broke during my stay and I was locked in my room unable to leave. I notified the hosts of the issue and it took 14 hours for it to be resolved. I was also not given any reimbursement for the inconvenience even though I was originally told that I would receive one. Very disappointed to have lost a day of exploring the city on my vacation."
