The neighbor kept banging on the ceiling making my service dog bark so the more they banged the more the dog barked then the neighbor complains to the owner ! Otherwise it was an amazing flat just beautiful

This is a great apartment in an excellent location. The host and greeter were easy to communicate with and we were able to access the apartment with no issues. The apartment is cozy with soft beds, a well appointed kitchen and plenty of places to hang out with multiple lounging spaces. There is a small lift that was useful to bring our luggage up to the 5th floor. Overall a great, authentic Parisian apartment. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the apartment, loved the style, its very pretty and has a glass sculpture that looks like AustraliaIt's close to a nice chocolate shop, not too far away from a couple of well known cafes, though the one across the road is also delightful. It's walking distance from a metro stop and a short walk from the SeineI think the only heads up worth giving anyone is that the floor boards are squeaky, so if you're in the room with the two single beds you'll want to be a deep sleeperThank you, it was delightful

We stayed in this apartment last year as well. It is quite spacious and very well located. The kitchen is well equipped to cook if you wish. A suggestion would be to add some plastic wrap, or zip bags and aluminum foil for wrapping leftovers. That's always something we forget to bring. Also, a few coffee pods for the coffee machine - just for the first morning would be welcome. otherwise it is a magnificent space.

Beautiful location -however it is on a very busy street and there is traffic noise and sirens that can always be heard even with the windows closed. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. There was construction in the unit below that started every morning at 8am and was quite noisy. The owner did acknowledge and made amends but that would’ve been nice to know before renting.

Wonderful place to stay in Paris. The pictures don't do the flat justice. The greeter was there waiting for us and showed us around and made sure there were no questions. There was quite a write up on what to do if you ran into issues. The location is amazing. Right across the street from Saint Lauren, and a street cafe. If you are looking for gluten free options, Co-Pains in right down the street. You're close to the Metro which we took to Versailles, and other scenic locations. The Louvre, Notre Dame, Napolean's Tomb, Luxembourg Park is all in walking distance. We had five people in our party, and the flat supported us perfectly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in going to Paris.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement idéalement situé.Par contre nous avons eu un problème de chasse d’eau au niveau d’un toilette. La cuisine est équipée de façon assez minimaliste (1 casserole, pas de plat pour le four, pas de couteaux à viande). Par contre lave vaisselle, lave linge, grille pain, grand frigo.Cet appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille, à proximité du métro, dans un quartier prisé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Great Space, Good Communication, Safe & Nice

My family of 5 enjoyed the stay here, it's super safe and very central. We enjoyed the classic Paris touches the home had to offer. The management was quick to respond to needs and even assisted us in recovering clothes we had left behind by error. I'd stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous, spacious apartment. Great location with easy access to the metro and great restaurants, museums and parks. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our visit to Paris. The apartment was great. Very spacious and in a great location! The views and apartment wonderful and the elevator was very key since one of our party was on crutches during the trip. Highly recommend!

Sweet spot in St. Germain des Pres

There were four ladies who chose this wonderful apartment for a 5 day trip to Paris. Having stayed in Le Marais more than once we decided to change things up and were not disappointed! The location is superb for accessing everything in Paris by foot and the Metro lines are close. The apartment has everything you need, ample space and a very cool Parisian vibe. It is quiet to street noise and has the most beautiful windows and balcony that bring fresh air and lots of light. Would definitely stay here again.

If you have ever dreamed of icing in a Haussmann apartment…

You should rent this place. It is authentic Haussmann. It’s a bit quirky because it is old. But this apartment is the real deal. We loved living there for 6 days.

Perfect Paris Apartment

This was my second time staying at this property. My family and I all enjoyed our stay, we loved the apartment and all the space that it provided us. The location is ideal and easy to walk to the store to buy groceries or to nearby cafes for dining, the pharmacy is close by along with a nice wine shop and great retail stores. The decor, balconies and cute elevator all make the apartment a real Parisian experience.

Elegant and Perfectly Situated

The location of this roomy apartment is ideal. Upstairs and away from street noise, but a stone's throw from fine shopping, desirable sights and a Monoprix offering everything needed for travel or for preparing a fine meal (the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for two lovely holiday meals when we chose to dine at home), we deemed this apartment our favorite of the many we have reserved in Paris. Privacy among occupants was assured in the apartment's large layout. The two bathrooms were lovely, and it was a plus to have two water closets available. Reserving, entering and departing our apartment were simple. The experience could not have been better. Thank you for a wonderful visit to a favorite city!
