"We loved being so close to everything, yet just barely enough removed from where all the traffic was ~ 1/2 block away. It is a wonderful location and very quiet. The terrace made the space seem even bigger, too. When it wasn’t raining, we got to enjoy the outdoor space. "El apartamento es acogedor, pero lo mejor que tiene es la localización. Hay varias paradas de metro muy cerca y está rodeado de tiendas, cafeterías, supermercados, etc, y a su vez es una zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Una ubicación muy cómoda!!"

"We loved most everything -- especially the location -- and we lacked for nothing in the apartment. Plus, the staff were excellent. The 2 big issues were 1) We weren't made aware, by the listing, that one has to walk up/down about 70 (old and creaky) steps every time one wants to go into town, or get a baguette, or find a place to eat (ie at least 3 or 4 times a day). And 2) The bed was far too small for someone 6 feet tall, and the board at the head was brutally hard."

"Wonderful location, close to everything. We were upgraded to a bigger unit by the host in the same building. We love the open space and large windows opening to the street. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Host also sent a nice recommendation of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in the future. The apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow, steep and uneven staircases so keep that in mind."

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "
