Top floor apartment with two double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the combined lounge / kitchen / dining room, and a double futon in the room added to the roof terrace. The location is great, between Grands Boulevards and Bourse metro stations, with lots of restaurants, small supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The arrival and access information is thorough, you enter through two sets of doors and up a tiny, slow lift for 2-3 people tops (though stairs not steep). We were very disappointed not to have been forewarned about the extensive external building work. It was quite a shock. There was scaffolding up to the level of the roof garden, and between 0800-1600 everyday Monday to Saturday there were workers on and around the windows of the apartment. Since there are no curtains in the lounge this meant they were effectively there with us and on the roof terrace, not very relaxing or private. Luckily we got up early and were out most of the day. This work is likely to last for several weeks. We could not get the bedroom TVs to work, the owner advised via his contact to look at the instruction guide which did not help, so we did without. The shower pressure is weak, common for Paris apartments, and the dishwasher is not very effective. The apartment is surface clean but not in corners, under furniture, remote controls etc. The views from the roof terrace are great but work is required for the summer to make it a nice space. It does not currently look like the pictures.
