  • Located in a courtyard, super quiet at night but in a lively area of town. It's minutes away from Notre Dame Cathedral and the shops and restaurants of the St. Michel district. It is near 2 metro lines and many bus lines, which makes getting around a snap!

    The space
    The studio is on the first floor (up one flight of stairs), without an elevator.

    Other things to note
    Depending on scheduling, we sometimes have flexibility regarding check-in/check-out times.

We had a fantastic stay here. Located centrally and easy to walk to a few major tourist places, plus close to the metro. The room was a great size for two people and the air conditioning was a godsend with the heat wave in Paris. The host gave some amazing recommendations for local spots and was so helpful and accommodating - would definitely stay here again.

Great location just a short walk from Notre Dame and many metro options. Host was very helpful and recommended some wonderful restaurants. Location was quiet and in a safe neighborhood.

Our stay in Paris was perfect. We were close to Notre Dame and the Luxembourg Gardens which were 2 places we wanted to visit since we missed them on our 1st visit to Paris. Melissa was gracious enough to allow us to store our luggage while we enjoyed more of the city on our day of departure.Overall a great stay and Melissa gave us tips for restaurants in the area which was awesome!

The host was very helpful…recommended great restaurants and other recommendations. It was a perfect location….very convenient in getting around to the major attractions and great restaurants nearby. Very nice cozy apartment and clean.

The property is exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host, Melissa, is so very awesome and absolutely perfect. We will definitely look at staying with her again the next time we are in Paris! The best location we could have asked for!

The location of this property is amazing, very close to the metro and walkable to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Latin quarter with tons of nearby restaurants. The host is excellent at communicating and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The shower and bathroom could use a little up-keep as the toilet didn’t flush consistently and there is some mold in the shower, but overall, it was a good value for the location.

I was very happy to find the air conditioning worked very well, as I was there during a heatwave. The kitchen was nice to have. The shower was moldy and the button to flush the toilet was finicky. The main room was very dark. There was construction on the building happening, so there was noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. The location is great!

Perfect location in the heart of Latin Quarter but none of the noise. Very comfortable bed. Only a few blocks from RER line for CDG airport. Perfect place for 2 people!

A perfect little studio apartment in an excellent central location. The host gave us many great recommendations and was incredibly helpful. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely rebook here.

This studio is all about the location. Easy access to Notre Dame, Luxembourg gardens, and more! Obviously it is an old building (you’re in Paris) and there was construction scaffolding at the street and in the courtyard. We only found two working electrical outlets so be prepared to share for phone charging or other devices.

We found this studio to be good value for the money and enjoyed our one-week stay here. We liked its proximity to center-city sites and transit options, plenty of on-demand hot water, excellent A/C and wifi, comfy bed, and responsive, communicative host. We found it hard to cook in the studio's kitchenette (other than using the microwave), as we could not get the skillets to heat well on the stove and the water pot was corroded. We often found the building’s front door unlocked. We also were surprised that the courtyard had a lot of scaffolding, but fortunately very little renovation work was underway during our stay.
