"The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)"

"Very quite, clean and comfortable"

"Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar."

"This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. We raised our concerns but were simply told, "We are fully booked and can't change your...

"Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money."

"I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled ."

"The place, location and well maintained hotel. I recommend families to visit the hotel, its a budget price with 4 star rooms"

"Great place - we'd happily go again."

"Love the property. Breakfast was lovely. Sports facilities were perfect. Good customer service. Will recommend to my friends and definitely book again on the future."
