The staff of the lodge are over-the-top excellent in customer service. We enjoyed the walking trails, hot tub and pool. We would definitely rent this condo again. "

"We arrived at Suncadia at 2 AM after a concert at the Gorge. Upon check-in, we went up to the room and found a tray of dirty room service dishes in front of the door. Once entering the unit, we discovered a bunch of wadded up wet towels around a leak in the toilet. The toilet seat had plastic residue on it, and toilet would not flush.
