Overall the condo was ok. We had to wash the dishes and utensils before using. Only had 1 roll of tp in each bathroom so had to go buy more. Someone had left a hairpiece on floor, fake eyelash left in master bedroom, coins left on carpet which told me they weren’t vacuumed. Had to clean island before using it. Several window shades (louvre) were off allowing people to see inside. Glad we were on second floor

Convenient to airport for early departure. Appreciated the windows open to cool rooms. Would have liked to check in early but 25 an hour seemed excessive. Our entire stay was from 4 pm to 2am so beds were the only thing we used in our stay.

Comfy beds. Very clean. Decorated nicely. AC set up in the living room with fans in the bedrooms. Great location. Communication was good. Had to call several times regarding getting pack and play and high chair but they were dropped off too late to use the first night. Check out was easy as we had no list of what they needed done prior to leaving.

the property was nice and clean enjoyed out stay but at the end of the visit learned they were not supposed to be messaging me outside of the vrbo app and that security deposits should only be through vrbo and not an external app (zent through zelle) they told me they did not recall me sending them a security deposit and it wasnt until i sent them screenshots of the payment and showed in our texts they sent me their zelle information. I got my money back but very unprofessional was worried they were going to scam me hopefully they just didnt know and maybe there was a miscommuncation but hope this does not happen again with others and hope the check in and check out process can go smoother next time

We were super happy with this condo and the amenities. It was huge with a large & open living room area and kitchen, 3 good size bedrooms and 2 full and roomy bathrooms. Tile floors throughout and everything felt clean and fresh. It was warm during our stay (mid 70’s) , but the condo stayed nice and cool with no AC. Jenna was very helpful and communicative helping me with check-in/out instructions. Everything was in working order and the location was great. I was showing out of state friends around and could easily get into Seattle or head south to Tacoma, and the airport is less than 10 min away. The upper floor residents made some noise here and there, but nothing that woke us up or disturbed us. I would highly recommend

Overall the location was close to stores and freeway which was really helpful for us as my family did a lot of exploring while there. Unfortunately only one of the tvs worked in the home which was in the kids bunk room and was the smallest tv there. There was a tv in each room however they did not work for one reason or another. The maintenance people came to look and did nothing and said they would contact the owner and find out how to proceed. I never heard back from the owner and then when I contacted them myself they blamed me for not contacting sooner even though they were well aware of issue and knew maintenance would be the people handling the situation. I did not appreciate being blamed and then not hearing back from owners at all.

ENJOYMENT

From day-1 through the last one, my family and I got a warm welcome from the owner; we found everything necessary for our stay. We spent wonderful moments in Seattle having that safe and clean cozy condom that I will even recommend to other relatives of mine with a promise to come back next year for another stay with my family.

Cute and cozy

We were not quite as lucky as others who have stayed at this property. Overall it was clean, however the gated community was never actually gated. Some part of the gates were always open. The main door to the upstairs was also open all the time. We would shut it coming in or going out but it seems the permanent residents don't want it closed. We were just a little uneasy about it. Especially since we could hear constant partying outside for several nights. It is not that close to Seattle as it seems from a map but is a short Uber to the light rail. Uber to Seattle was $70 plus tip. We did not have television our entire stay. I texted the owner and she never responded . Afterwards she just said sorry that the cable company had been out and it should have been fine. It was not fine. As someone who needs background noise to sleep it was very inconvenient and I hardly slept the entire trip. We also just wanted to come back after a long day and watch a movie and relax and were unable to do so. Between the TV and the fact that this property must be in a direct flight path. All you could hear were the planes taking off all day and night. The owner was very nice and responsive during and after checkout, just not during our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay close to Seattle and don't care about the distance or the noise then this property will be fine for you. It is a great size and was clean and comfortable. We just had several problems.ng off and landing ALL day and night

Great location to downtown and attractions in Federal Way. The host was very responsive. The condo was a bit worn down compared to how the pictures showed online. Only disappointment was that there were several stains on the carpets in the bedrooms leaving it feeling not quite as clean as we would've liked. Overall, good value property.

Convenient stay near SeaTac and downtown Seattle

My family (4 adults) had a 6 night stay for my niece's wedding in Seattle. We had 6am flights and wanted to be near the airport for ease of commute. This 3/2 apartment fit the bill. Jenna the property manager was responsive. The beds were comfortable, wifi and streaming services are provided for entertainment. There are no ceiling fans or AC, but portable units and fans can be provided by asking ahead. Note that having the portable AC units require the windows to be open, so be prepared for some plane noise. Access to the unit is via stairs, so if you have any mobility issues, this isn't the unit for you. Assigned parking spaces were nice to have. This unit is a gated complex, but the gates seemed to remain open during the day, only closing after 8pm. Easily walkable shopping and grocery was also convenient.
