Fully remodeled and tastefully decorated with lots of natural light. Enjoy fireplace, relax on deck, cook in the full kitchen and enjoy time on deck. Close to Southcenter Mall with restaurants, entertainment and shopping, close to major freeways (I-5 & 405), light rail. Perfect location only 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and short distance to Seattle, Renton, Tacoma.

Clean and Convenient

Enjoyed our time. It was very convenient to the airport and I-5 to get to downtown Seattle. The place was clean and well stock.

nice place to regroup after sight seeing. gave each of us (myself and two teen daughters) room to spread out and have some private time. would definitely come again if traveling in the area.

Great property and fantastic location. Super cute interior and comfy beds. Only negative was we had no washcloth, only 2 hand towels, no kitchen towels and only 4 bath towels. Had to do towels in the wash to have enough for our stay.

Great Spot

The location was nice - quick to get to most places, right across from a mall with lots of (chain) food options. Space was as expected and felt like home.

The property was cute and clean. Served its purpose for my sisters and I. Check in was super smooth. There was a hiccup with bathroom shower and the host stayed on top of it until it was completed. The host was very kind, easy to get an hold of, and communicated well. Would stay here again if returning to the area.

Nice location to get to Seattle for activities

We enjoyed our stay here. Quite location and very clean. Close enough to get to Seattle with only minor traffic to see the different activities. Mall across the freeway was great to get snacks and find dinner outside the city if needed.

Wonderful stay!

Property was fantastic! Assigned parking, spacious apartment with many comforts, and easy access to the interstate. It was a great location to visit many parts of the city. We will definitely be back!

This was a nice unit. Our party of four fit in well. The location is very convenient for day trips into and around Seattle-we made it downtown in 20-25 minutes. There are plenty of local shops nearby for supplies, food, etc. Everything worked fine in the unit.

Great property

This is a condo that is in a convenient quiet location. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The decor in the house is nice. It’s on the top floor, but there aren’t many stair to walk up, its more like a 2nd floor.

Newly refurbished condo close to the airport and Southcenter.

The only downside is its on the third floor, 1 and 1/2 flights up. But lovely inside, great water pressure in the shower, loved the bedding, very comfortable beds, great kitchen.

In town for a funeral

There were 4 of us in our 60s, the property was fine. Perfect for our needs.We put new batteries in the lock, because it didn’t work well.

Great spot with easy access to most things that make life easy

Property was clean and well decorated. Beds are really comfortable, so many linens available in the closets and pack n play available which was helpful. I-5 is right outside so it does get a bit noisy but only if the windows are open. 2 portable air conditioners in the bedrooms helped on the hot days, laundry also available in the unit was nice. Some toiletries/laundry soap were provided also had blow dryer and hair straightener. Would stay here again

Close to the 5 meant convenient but very noisy. Kitchen was well equipped; LR furniture in poor condition. All closets and dressers were filled with linens.

The condo is a two-story walk-up. It is located right next to I-5 and if you need the windows open, it’s extremely loud. We were disappointed to find that the bunk beds only had fitted sheets on them and we needed to navigate the very full linen closet to find the right size flat sheets and try to open the broken closet door to get blankets. The place is an inexpensive option - don’t expect much more.
