"An excellent place to get away from the business of life, and rest, with wonderful view from the deck of the cabin. It looked out over a small estuary to the harbour, a very peaceful place. The access to the property was easy, and most things that you might need were within a short walk. The rooms were well laid out, very warm and comfortable. It did not feel cluttered but most things for cooking etc were available. Local cafe/restaurant available in the boat yard and Emsworth town centre about...

"Well-equipped, comfortable modern property with easy car parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV and strong wifi connection. Well- located for reaching the main destinations, but nowhere is far on the Isle of Wight. Bus stops nearby. Deck chairs provided in the cupboard under the stairs: ideal for sitting in the courtyard outside. Bed is extremely comfortable."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!"

"Beautifully furnished and in good decorative order. Loads of space, really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds. There was a big box of toys for the little ones to play with, as well as baby gates, a travel cot and other useful things for kids. It was the ideal location for our trip. Nothing at all, it was all great!"
