    This recently refurbished four-bedroom, two-bathroom property can accommodate up to eight guests and offers a blend of historic charm and modern comforts, providing an ideal holiday retreat just moments from the beach and town centre.



    Upon entering, you'll find a house adorned with period details. A large bay fronted sash windows bathes the living room in natural light, highlighting art deco fireplaces and classic architectural features.

    The ground floor features a spacious sitting room with a single sofa bed available, a cloakroom, shower room, dining room, and modern fitted kitchen. Ascend the staircase to the first floor, where you'll find a family bathroom and two double bedrooms, each with their own unique charm. There is also a small study offering a space to set up a laptop for anyone needing a quiet space to work from whilst away.



    A second flight of stairs leads to additional sleeping quarters on the second floor, where you’ll find a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. WiFi-enabled TVs are available in all double bedrooms.

    Outside to the rear is a small courtyard garden with seating.

    With convenient access to high-speed ferry links to the mainland, If you do bring the car, rest assured that ample parking options abound nearby. neighbouring streets offer free on-road parking, with several long-term pay-and-display car parks conveniently located throughout Ryde for added convenience.

    LOCATION:



    Located in the popular seaside town of Ryde with its host of vibrant shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, it’s just a short stroll down the road to the beach, where the vast stretches of sand offer you fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Here, the landmark Spinnaker Tower forms an impressive backdrop. Along the promenade, you will find tennis courts, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoe lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do within the local area. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal walks, go sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf or even go-karting, all of which are easily accessible from the property.

    Ryde is known as the gateway to the island as it can be easily reached within just two hours directly from London Waterloo via train, which connects with the island’s catamaran and hovercraft services via Portsmouth and Southsea. Mainland motorways also connect directly with car ferry ports located at nearby Fishbourne or East Cowes.

    This property offers a single sofa bed, If you would like us to supply linen for its use during your stay, this can be provided at an additional cost of £35, per stay.

    Please do make us aware at the time of booking / in advance of your stay if you require this service, so we can arrange to take payment and have the linen made available.



    There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.



    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



    The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



    No pets are allowed.



    No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.



    There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.



    Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.



    Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.



    A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Customer service was excellent with no problems, the process was vey efficient. The house was very clean and in a perfect spot for our stay, would highly recommend.

The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town.However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2 mornings and no one there.It could do with a washing line as wet towels became difficult to dry when there were 6 of us showering.
