"We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. "This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"A well-located hotel close to the best areas of Hanoi. However, it was very noisy — we could hear voices from the room next door — and the property felt quite run-down. During breakfast, you could even see the area where they wash the dishes. The hotel has a lot of room for improvement!"

"Highly recommend. New hotel with spacious rooms and large shower (and we only booked standard) and amazing value! The young gentleman who checked us in around 11pm was super helpful and offered to order us food from his phone as we were hungry after a long flight and all restaurants in the area were closed.
