"Most wonderful stay at Centraltique! The host was so welcoming and helpful. She checked in with me daily and even after my stay. The rooms were clean, new and beautiful. Beds were super comfy and the location is perfect! Stayed here for three nights and loved it so much I came back for another night. "

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux."

This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. "A well-located hotel close to the best areas of Hanoi. However, it was very noisy — we could hear voices from the room next door — and the property felt quite run-down. During breakfast, you could even see the area where they wash the dishes. The hotel has a lot of room for improvement!"
