Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. "

"Do not rent this unit. The pictures of the inside of the unit are mostly accurate, though there is no closet or drawer space. The unit wasn't cleaned very well with dirty counters, an unclean refrigerator, stained towels, and no body wash. The big issue is that the outside images are wildly deceptive and nothing pictured is anywhere near the apartment building. "TERRIBLE! We did not stay for even one night! There was no door on one of the rooms, the beds were very flimsy with stains all over the mattresses, the floors and walls were completely covered in dust & dirt, so many broken things in the bathrooms and around the house, many holes in the walls. It was just a terrible experience altogether. 0/10!! On top of this, he made a sign a super super specific contract, prior to our stay, so we could not receive any compensation back."
