"TERRIBLE! We did not stay for even one night! There was no door on one of the rooms, the beds were very flimsy with stains all over the mattresses, the floors and walls were completely covered in dust & dirt, so many broken things in the bathrooms and around the house, many holes in the walls. It was just a terrible experience altogether. 0/10!! On top of this, he made a sign a super super specific contract, prior to our stay, so we could not receive any compensation back."

"Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. "Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....
