"The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. "I feel the property was a decent deal. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my car parked on the street, so I opted to pay for a garage around the corner. "Love to stay would love to come back"

"Apartment was in mint condition. Very clean. Checkin, checkout were smooth. Instructions were crystal clear. Parking garage was good. Bedroom and bathroom supplies were good enough. Cooking utensils definitely need an upgrade. Other than that, enjoyed stayed here. Will consider for future visits"

"Garage code didn't work. Bathroom door knob missing, bathroom cabinet pull missing, one kitchen receptacle didn't work. Bathroom floors not grouted"
