"This apartment was excellant in every area, it was very convienant ! "

"The host was incredibly communicative and the property had everything I needed. I let them know I was traveling with a dog and they even provided dog bowls and treats. The apartment is spacious and well kept. The location was great! A park is directly in front of the townhouse, a lot of corner stores and restaurants close by, and the bus stops/train station were within a 15 minute walk. Loud music was playing Saturday night, but not too late. Other than that, the neighborhood was pretty quiet....

"Apartment was in mint condition. Very clean. Checkin, checkout were smooth. Instructions were crystal clear. Parking garage was good. Bedroom and bathroom supplies were good enough. Cooking utensils definitely need an upgrade. Other than that, enjoyed stayed here. Will consider for future visits"

"We had trouble trying to adjust the water temperature in the showers, cause it goes only hot or cold, nothing in between. Few dirty towels and the washer/dryer it's not great...other than that it was a good place to stay at, overall a great experience. "

"Do not rent this unit. The pictures of the inside of the unit are mostly accurate, though there is no closet or drawer space. The unit wasn't cleaned very well with dirty counters, an unclean refrigerator, stained towels, and no body wash. The big issue is that the outside images are wildly deceptive and nothing pictured is anywhere near the apartment building. "Wish unit had a kitchen"

"The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. There is a mall in close proximity to the property...
