"Do not rent this unit. The pictures of the inside of the unit are mostly accurate, though there is no closet or drawer space. The unit wasn't cleaned very well with dirty counters, an unclean refrigerator, stained towels, and no body wash. The big issue is that the outside images are wildly deceptive and nothing pictured is anywhere near the apartment building. The MetLife Center is 5 mi away and New York City is a 40 minute train ride. This apartment is in a bad, unsafe neighborhood with...

"TERRIBLE! We did not stay for even one night! There was no door on one of the rooms, the beds were very flimsy with stains all over the mattresses, the floors and walls were completely covered in dust & dirt, so many broken things in the bathrooms and around the house, many holes in the walls. It was just a terrible experience altogether. 0/10!! On top of this, he made a sign a super super specific contract, prior to our stay, so we could not receive any compensation back."

"Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. "

"The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. "

"Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."
