"The place looked exactly like the pictures and instructions were very clear about checking in and out. Sonya was great! Clearly provided all the information needed and very quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again!"

"The apartment looks nice in pictures but not great in person, it has been beaten up and not taken care of. The booking process was a nightmare and the apartments’ proximity to the street and paper thin walls make it tough to sleep. Also, somehow, there is no cell service in the bedroom which made it quite difficult as we stayed here for business reasons. The apartment has two bathrooms but we only were given one roll of single ply toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"We had trouble trying to adjust the water temperature in the showers, cause it goes only hot or cold, nothing in between. Few dirty towels and the washer/dryer it's not great...other than that it was a good place to stay at, overall a great experience. "

"When I first walked in, the place looked gorgeous with the high ceilings, large tv and the clean room. It had the potential for a 5 Star place. The good points are that it has a nice kitchen with lots of coffee pods, a washer/dryer, dishwasher and plenty of laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, etc. There were plenty of glasses, cups, plates. The problems include there are no drawers of any kind, so all clothes are in and out of the suitcase. There is a closet with a few hangers. There is an ironing...

"The apt was terrible! It had an awful smell there were bugs trapped in the mirror, the apt had gnats and flies. The manager came out and gave me a can of raid. It was absolutely horrible. Jan advised me she would give me some of money back but I have yet to see that. The bathroom tissue holder was ripped out the wall. It was terrible"
