"The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. There is a mall in close proximity to the property...

"Do not rent this unit. The pictures of the inside of the unit are mostly accurate, though there is no closet or drawer space. The unit wasn't cleaned very well with dirty counters, an unclean refrigerator, stained towels, and no body wash. The big issue is that the outside images are wildly deceptive and nothing pictured is anywhere near the apartment building. "The apartment looks nice in pictures but not great in person, it has been beaten up and not taken care of. The booking process was a nightmare and the apartments’ proximity to the street and paper thin walls make it tough to sleep. Also, somehow, there is no cell service in the bedroom which made it quite difficult as we stayed here for business reasons. The apartment has two bathrooms but we only were given one roll of single ply toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"TERRIBLE! We did not stay for even one night! There was no door on one of the rooms, the beds were very flimsy with stains all over the mattresses, the floors and walls were completely covered in dust & dirt, so many broken things in the bathrooms and around the house, many holes in the walls. It was just a terrible experience altogether. 0/10!! On top of this, he made a sign a super super specific contract, prior to our stay, so we could not receive any compensation back."

"Absolutely perfect location. Close to tons of shops, restaurants, and a subway station. Apartment was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in instructions were thorough and host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again. "
