Beautiful unit, easy skiing from Arrowhead base
Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful unit in the Aspenwood Lodge in Arrowhead. We lucked out with amazing March snow! Very easy skiing set-up with heated indoor parking and ski locker and a very short walk to the lift or shuttle. We definitely hope to come back again!

Family spring break
Overall we had a great stay. The location is very good for both skiing(Arrowhead and Beaver Creek) and for driving to local restaurants in Avon and Edwards. We have been coming to the Beaver Creek/Arrowhead area for approximately 15 years and like to eat in the nearby towns. There is a fair amount of wear and tear in the apartment, though that did not necessarily detract from our stay. Shower tiles could use an update or deep clean as there was mildew in places. Dishwasher did not clean the dishes all that well and bottom rack seemed to have an issue. The dryer required multiple runs to dry clothes despite seeming to have adequate temperature and clean lint trap. The community hot tub was almost unbearably crowded on most days which made it difficult for a family of 5 to enjoy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and my family had a great trip, so we would recommend this unit

Outstanding arrowhead condo
This property is fantastic. Roomy (some arrowhead 2 bedrooms are tight), beautifully and comfortably decorated. Great views. So close to lift. We have stayed at various Arrowhead Properties over the years. This one is outstanding. I will def be reserving early next year!

Good, but not great
The good: Beautiful property and close to slopes. Great communication with property management team. The bad: Terrible cleaning practices: dust on everything, rugs not vaccuumed. Dishes in cabinet needed solid cleaning before use...ick. Ad said ski-in/ski-out...needs to be amended to easy walk-in/walk-out. Let's be honest... Hot tub hours from noon to 6pm??? Needs to be extended into the evening a bit. The big question: Would I stay again? Yes, if these issues can be addressed.

Very good location. The access to the lift and ski lockers were very helpful. We loved The Broken Arrow Lodge and the Blue Moose in Beaver Creek Village.

Nice Property
Had a nice stay at Arrowhead. This area of BC is a little quieter, which we enjoyed. There is a restaurant at the base for a bite to eat or drink after skiing. Ski lockers are convenient. A short walk to the lift. Pool and hot tub are nice.

Perfect for us
Condo was exactly as described and perfect space for us, great location and amenities. Do wish the pool was open past 6:00pm in the summer. Beautiful and convenient area! We’ll be back!

Ski vacation March 2021
Property was in excellent location and very easy to get to ski lift. Great area of Beaver Creek since it is less crowded than main Village area. Mattresses were very hard would be my only complaint...I know some people prefer hard mattresses but not my family! Great overall experience!

Great Little Property
Comfortable beds, comfortable living room, plenty of space. Nice porch. Kids loved the playground. Easy lift access...... difficult to get to ski school though.

Check-in and out was all email with security codes provided on check-in day. Short walk to Arrow Bahn lift. Kids loved the heated pool and hot-tub. Lots of fresh powder and sunshine this week as well.

Great visit to Beaver Creek
The property was well kept, cozy, and convenient for two couples. Management books and codes were not up to date which generated some confusion at first and recommend a crock pot be added since this is a normal desirable feature from previous experiences.

The condo was fine. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Heated garage and ski locker were nice feature
The condo itself was as-advertised. Furnishings were nice and the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. It really wasn't ski-in, ski-out, which surprised us. We had to walk about five minutes to and from the chair lift. Kitchen was fully appointed and the heated garage was nice. Ski locker room was nice as well.

Very nice property with good decor, but some cleanliness issues
The property is very nice and spacious. The property's hallways are nice and wide, which is something little, but appreciated. The electronics and kitchen in the property were great for a family getaway. The only issues were that the master bathroom's floor wasn't very clean upon arrival (hair and dirt present). Also, the fold out bed (from the couch) in the living room had hair and popcorn crumbs in the sheets upon arrival. Overall, the property is nice, the location (2-3 minute walk to the ski Arrowhead ski lift) is great, but for the price paid, we would have expected a cleaner room upon arrival.

Wonderful property and location!
Colorado in September is beautiful in itself. But my stay at the Aspenwood condo made my trip perfect. The condo is beautifully furnished and well stocked. I certainly would recommend this property for anytime of year. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, hiking trails outside the door and restaurants nearby. The location allows for a stress free vacation. It must be magical during the winter with the ski lift steps away.

Great location, very nice.
This 2nd floor condo is about 100 steps from the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Same distance for pickup/drop off shuttle to and from the BC resort base on the half hour. The Arrow Bahn lift base has a restaurant, ski rental, and ticket sales office which is very convenient. Pool, hot tub, and sidewalks are very well kept. Our condo was in good shape; everything was in working condition and very clean. It was also very private as it looks out to a steep hillside. The condo next door (203) had barking dogs during our stay...not so nice. We had everything we needed except some coffee to get us through the first morning. Otherwise, we were happy and will consider a return.

The only negatives of the experience was lack of quality pots and pans for cooking. There were plenty available but very worn and needing replaced. There was also only 1 blow dryer available. In a 2 bed/ 2 bath unit you would expect 2. On top of that the 1 that was here quit working on our next to last day. Even though Berkshire was contacted it was never replaced. With 3 women in the apartment needing a hair dryer it made for a difficult end to our stay

Clean, well-located and love the App and Mgmt!
Only issue really was missing laundry detergent and no kitchen towels for drying dishes. Love the keyless entry, the app was very helpful. Condo is as advertised in the pictures. Concierge was very helpful and prompt responding to lift ticket questions. Would stay here again.
