This is our second time staying here and it was as incredible as the first time . The space is well laid out for families or friends traveling together . We had 4 couples and each couple had their own space to relax in but we were also a short walk to a commons area to all hangout . Everything is labeled for you so you do lot have to worry where pots and pans are for cooking and the host is very responsive and one of the most helpful host I have ever encountered.

Great get away

Had a great time with friends and family.I would highly recommend this lake home for a great time.This was the best rental we have stayed at on Sinclair by far.

We had a fabulous weekend staying at the lake house. It’s a beautiful location with lots of room to enjoy family time and even solitude. We especially loved all the seating areas, on the deck, near the boat house, the cute screened in porch and the swings with the bonfire. All perfect for a family gathering and close to Georgia College and State University. The owners made them selves available for our questions and shared advice on where to shop and pick up things you may have forgotten. Everyone had a great time and wants to comeback. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the lake because of how spoiled we were with all the great amenities!!!

Excellent property and amenities. Jet ski and pontoon lift at the dock. Very private quarters for all guests (3 separate structures).Perfect rental if you travel with your furry babies. The fenced yard is huge and very secure...even for Lil dogs. My pup had the time of her life!

Great little getaway

This was the perfect property for our family to go to! Close to things to do but yet you also feel like you are away from it all. Trippe is an amazing host who was very communicative. We will most definitely stay here again if we ever need to unwind.

Lake weekend

Rented this place to meet up with friends from across the state and it was amazing. The compound is hugh and each couple had their own space at night to relax and go to bed .

Fish camp for the win!

We love this property! Our third time staying here. Great for family groups to have their own space. Walk in beach for the little ones and dogs. Love that it’s pet friendly because our dogs love Lake Sinclair too. Trippe is attentive and responsive to anything you need. Highly recommend

I've been renting at SInclair for a number of years and can honestly say this has been the best property yet. The communication with the owner and the amenities were top notch. Will definitely be staying here again.

Best vacation!

This place was an absolute dream! The hosts were wonderful and everything was so beautifully decorated for Christmas 🎄 Our family and pups had the best time at the lake house. We’ll definitely be booking again soon! Recommend for anyone wanting to have a relaxing time and bond with family!

We love staying here! Trippe is a fantastic host! The property is well taken care of and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Trippe is very attentive and checked in periodically and even gave us some tips on moon watching! Already planning next years visit.

Sinclair Fish Camp

Everything that was advertised plus, this property is beautifully set up and well maintained. Everything was organized and there was great detail in making sure that you had whatever was necessary from the kitchen to the dock. We will be back and if you rent this property you will be back also, awesome place.

The weekend

All the little details made our stay so much better. They even left us a gift basket. Great views with plenty of yard to play in. Very comfortable house with a great dock to fish from. Will be staying here again.

Family vacation.

The whole experience was perfect. It is a large lake house fully equipped.with everything we wanted..water activities, tons of games, several firepits, outdoor cooking areas, the whole family could spread out..hot tub..quiet neighborhood..would certainly like to return someday.

Relaxing oasis

Great place! We really enjoyed it. Communication was timely, easy. Place was better than expected. The place with the fireplace and TV was great for relaxing, football and s’mores…. The hot tub was excellent and the views of the lake made us forget the bustle of the holidays very quickly! Highly recommend

Family Trip 2024

This property is beautiful. Tripp stayed in constant contact prior to with information on the place and the day of for check in. He also checked in daily to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous family gathering spot

We had a wonderful two night stay. The place was fantastic. Trippe has thought of everything. Our group enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and the dock as we brought our boat. The best thing was having so many different gathering areas, inside and out for people to hang out and visit. Young adults and older adults had areas to congregate so we were together but not too together!
