Nothing to write home about but the staff were all great. The lobby is very pretty and the outside of the hotel was beautiful. Inside was worn from time in general and lack of paint and repair work throughout but the staff was quiet and very enjoyable.

Old, old, OLD and smells like cigarettes. No public restroom at check-in so if you're checking in, take a leak in the parking lot before you go in.

This property is old and outdated. The bathrooms need upgrading, the carpet needs to be replaced, the ice machine needs to be larger. The towels are paper thin and rough, but the bed linen was okay.

You get what you paid for

You get what you paid for but at the same time there was mold in the bathroom, towels and sheets were all stained. As well as they’re being grit on the floor of the room and just really unclean surfaces all around. But again you get what you paid for so I can’t really complain at the same time. But still, it takes no effort to do the bare minimum and just clean up a little bit.

Terrible property. Looked like a dog pound. Dirty, needed painting. They don't have kleenex. Doors are warp. Bed squeaked. Expensive.

I have no words. I am someone who does not mind a hotel that isn’t fancy but this was lower than the worst!!! From the outside it looks charming but when you walk in!! First you are hit with a stench! They automatically take your payment so you cannot leave to go somewhere else. Then you go in… when I say it should be condemned!!!! The back door is broken so it is not a secure place at all. There are broken refrigerators as well as a treadmill laying in the hall beneath the stairway. Definitely not pleasing to the eye at all. The carpet in the hall probably has never been cleaned and the horrific paint job looks like housekeeping did it. When I walked into that room.. my heart just sank. It was disturbing to say the least. My partner and I immediately went to the store to grab cleaning supplies so that we could be able to use that horrible bathroom!!! Beware!! The bedding was thin and dingy. Oh, make sure when you check out to return the remote control to the tv! What kind of mess is that? Better bring your own iron, blowdryer and whatever else you may need because this place has zero amenities!

not recommended

This hotel smelled very strongly of smoke altho there were no smoking signs everywhere. There was an ice machine in the lobby with no ice. The beds and pillows were not nice at all, very uncomfortable. It was a very unclean feeling in the room. The hall carpet was very grimy and dirty.

When i was making a choice betwee. Few hotels / motels in that area yesterday i chose to.be at the one your website stated they had BREAKFAST. BUT WASNT ANY ! not even coffee !!! Why would you disclose that there is when there wasnt ??? You should return my money

Will not stay again

Made this reservation so i could attend a tactical medical course. Pictures in their website believe are from when the establishment was a microtel. It looks like they are doing their own renovations to save money. I totally understand wanting to save money. My room was a king suite. It had a full sized bed. The walls had paint peeled off and some light switches were missing covers. Fortunately, the room Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast is suppose to be served from 0530 to 0930. Neither days breakfast was served. I had to get my card reprogrammed and the manager came out of the back room in a night gown. They state coffee in the lobby, but none was ever available. Noone manned the front deak. You had to pick up a phone to have someone come up. Also. They had an ice machine, but it is only a counter top ice maker.

Will not stay again

No es el mejor hotel, pero para descansar después de un día de trabajo está muy bien. Aparte está en un lugar muy tranquilo y con lugares de comida rápida a la mano

Guy who checked me in was nice but the place needs alot of improvements. Very run down & in need of repairs. Breakfast consisted of coffee & individual wrapped mini muffins period…no juice or creamer or cereal.

Discrimination

I was discriminated against due to haveing my service animal. They charged me more than an extra night without so much as contacting me. I explained that he was a service animal, they refused to reimburse. Even after i tried explaining section 3 of the ADA. Police were called. They also, tried to charge my CC early on the day i was to check in. Canceled my reservations and had to rebook once i got there.

We thought the would be a lower end budget stay, but were surprised to see how dirty the place was, the limited services (didn't even have an ice machine), and the non-existent staffing..... there was a phone on the desk and you had to pick it up to get someone to show up or answer.. the room phone didn't work, there were toenail clippings on the floor, rust in the bathroom, etc....
