"Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. "

"Fabulous home. Home is laid out beautifully. Entire team was super comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Back porch made for a perfect location to have our design thinking session. House was super clean, we arrived following a storm so we had a little outdoor cleaning to do before the team arrived but at no fault to the host. "We were looking for a lakefront property close to Milledgeville and with a nearby boat ramp. This property fit the bill. A plus was the wildlife. We saw deer on or close to the property every day. The next door neighbors were friendly and a joy to converse with. Will return "

"Great place in a great community. Very quiet. Three other comments - I didn't get door instructions so I had to call (maybe I missed them). The manager resolved that quickly. Very clean place inside, although the outside porch could use a sweeping and wipedown. 3. I'm used to a binder with instructions, so I missed the wifi instructions on the wall until I called the manager (duh, but for anyone who always looks for a binder this could help you too haha). "

"Our stay was great! This place has an amazing yard and dock. Easy access into the water for our kayaks and paddle boards. There are houses close to each other all up and down the lake, but we appreciated that this yard had a bit of privacy and tree coverage from the neighbors. House had everything we needed and then some; even stocked with snacks and sauces, cooking spray, spices, etc. We also appreciated the set up of the living room and kitchen- accommodating for our group of adults."

"A/C wasn’t working upon arrival. Reached out to owner and they immediately had technician there to work on, while they weren’t able to get it working, she immediately moved us to a new room. The only drawback to these units is there is no washer or dryer. "

"This was our second stay at this house (first being in 2022) and we loved it just as much this time around. The kayaks and paddle board are icing on the cake, our boys were able to take off on their own since the house is on a quiet inlet."
