"The lodgings were exactly as described and pictured. Clean, private, a rustic mountain setting. The trip was an effort to turn an appointment into something pleasant. Considering that our residence is over two hours away, and Seattle traffic is always hideous, we booked here. Check-in was after 3 PM, and I emailed Ciera that 6 PM would be a likely arrival time. "The host hung a happy birthday sign for my daughter when I told them why we were going when booking. The kids loved playing in the net and the hot tub was very nice. It was relaxing and quiet. The shower was difficult to keep water in the pan and the compostable toilet was not pleasant. Also there are cameras aimed directly into the cabin where my husband and I slept downstairs and around the area. I am hoping they were disabled while we were there."

Not a big deal as we never heard or saw them only the cigarette smell coming in when we were on the deck or had the window open. "Loved the location and the cabin was charming. We gathered for a family celebration, and it was perfect. The only improvement would be to improve the indoor lighting. The low lighting may contribute to the ambience but made it difficult to see well in the bathroom and kitchen. We hope to stay again sometime in the future."
