"It was a beautiful, comfortable home that was steps from beach. We loved opening the curtains and seeing the water! We went in mid-April so it was cooler weather and the beach was pretty empty which we enjoyed immensely. We would highly recommend this house and hope to visit again."

Iris Hotel Cape Cod
"As others have mentioned, the bar and restaurant were closed which was a shame because it's nice. Receptionist did not seem to know when it would be open. Room was clean but shower was cold and soap was empty. That being said, we would stay there again. Great location."

Cottage is on a PRIVATE BEACH shared between two houses.
"The beach was wonderful and only a short walk from the cottage. The sun porch was perfect for leaving sandy shoes and storing the beach gear.I had to keep the windows open at night, so I could listen to the ocean waves crashing and the crickets chirping.While the cottage had a cozy, rustic feel, ..."

"My sister and I love staying at Seascape! This is our second stay. The cottage is clean, comfortable and the kitchen well appointed for preparing your meals. Janice, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. Awesome views of the Bay and sunsets. We'll be back!"
