This place is incredible. Beautifully designed and decorated house. Lots of room and stunning views from all windows. Peaceful. Relaxing. Quiet. Beautiful outdoor areas. Then you can go down to the beach and hang out. We had 9 ladies in their 50s and every one who walked in was in awh. The road getting there is a bit interesting as it’s rocky/dirt w some water and pot holes. Glad I brought a truck. Others had a car and were able to make it. Glad I didn’t take my car low to the ground though. 3 large bedrooms one w a king and 2 w queens. Beds were comfy. Linens were provided and ready to go, meaning we didn’t have to make our beds like other VRBOs I’ve stayed in, which is ridiculous. The top room has 2 larger bunk beds. Those that stayed in that room said the beds were a bit squeaky and not quite as comfy, but worked. Loved loved loved this place. It’s a hidden gem. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

If you are looking for a very private beach front property with gorgeous views all around, look no further. You can sit on the sand or the deck, either way your enjoying the beach. My entire family (9 of us) and 2 grandkids stayed for one week. We bought groceries and never left to go anywhere because we enjoyed it that much. Plenty of space ! The house is only a couple of years old and is spotless. The owner, George and Lisa are quick to respond to any questions you might have. I’m 69 years old and have rented many beach front properties over the years. This was by far the best experience! We are already looking forward to renting next year. Highly recommend.

Great family vacation!

Can’t say enough good things about this vacation home. Check-in was a no brainer. Owner used the last four digits of our telephone number as the code to get in the door. My husband was the “chef” and felt the kitchen was well equipped for his needs. The kitchen was spacious and because it opened to the seating area we could all be together while someone was preparing food. The view from the wrap around windows was great! Beds were comfortable. We were 7 adults, 3 children ages 7,10 and 20 months. It was nice to have the top floor for the family of 4, fun for the kids. Lots of steps to climb so be ready. Having the beach so close allowed for the baby to take her nap on time and not have to bring lunch to the beach or go to a restaurant worked out perfectly for us. I got rave reviews from the family for choosing this home for vacation!

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We had a wonderful Cape Cod vacation with friends and family. The beach house was spotless and right on the sand, and we couldn’t believe how private and serene it felt. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The kids loved the loft with bunk beds, and George was such a kind and thoughtful host. We enjoyed beach volleyball, ladder ball, and even spotted seals swimming by. The beach does get a bit rocky near the ocean (water shoes are a good idea), and while there aren’t restaurants within walking distance, the peace and quiet made it truly special. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable experience.

Beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped home with plenty of room. Tucked away at the end of a dirt road, the peaceful setting and views made it worth the bumpy ride. Sand fleas were a nuisance and kept us from enjoying the deck as much as we’d hoped—some outdoor bug treatment could help. Overall, a very nice stay.

Spectacular Cape Cod Vacation

Cape Cod Dream House!

This rental was exactly as described: sparkling clean, brand new, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, very private and we enjoyed the most breathtaking sunsets every night. I can’t say enough good things about this home, it’s the most incredible vacation experience I've ever had The spectacular location nestled between the salt marsh and Cape Cod Bay, offers breathtaking panoramic views The home is immaculate, and every detail carefully designed and executed. The décor is stylish and modern, with an easy flow that instantly puts you at ease. There are large open spaces to socialize and plenty of nooks to escape for peace and quiet The amenities provided are top-notch. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and cleanup a breeze, and the living area is incredibly comfortable, with room for everyone to spread out and relax. The real star is the outdoor area, with a large deck, grill, and plenty of seating to enjoy meals or drinks while taking in the stunning view The spacious and comfortable bedrooms provide amazing views. No need to wait for a shower with the number of available bathrooms The private beach access is a luxury that makes the experience, allowing for quick stress-free water and beach activities. A few steps out the back door, and you can feel the sand between your toes The host makes this rental stand out. George is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Columbus Day weekend

The proximity to the waves on the beach is exactly what you hope for when you rent a beach house. The home is built with an amazing view of the ocean on one side and marsh on the other with windows everywhere. The house is well equipped with all of the necessities as well as plenty of elbow room for people to move around and relax. The owners thought of everything from extra beach chairs and plenty of towels. It was restful and comfortable with a feeling of being away from it all, while still pretty convenient to get to the stores and Cape Cod attractions if you wanted to do tourist things. George (owner) was extremely helpful and responsive which made leading up to our stay and time there very smooth

"The property is absolutely awesome in its open floor plan, waterfront location (marsh to the front and ocean to the rear), and stunning views. Our walks on the beach and marsh were memorable and the weather was simply perfection! A great thank you to George for his attentiveness and ensuring our stay would be fabulous!
