Renovated holiday or exhibition apartment for 2 people in Kaarst near D`dorf

The cozy 2 room apartment is on the 1st Floor of our family home.
It was recently completely renovated and, with a few exceptions, was newly furnished.
All windows have electric shutters, so a healthy sleep is guaranteed.
You enter the apartment via an elongated hallway from which you can reach all rooms.
To the right of the hallway you come into the large, cozy bedroom, which is equipped with a wide box spring bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Opposite is the spacious bathroom, which leaves nothing to be desired.
It is equipped with a washstand, a toilet and additional bidet, an oversized floor-to-ceiling shower and a bathtub. Behind the bathroom door there is an additional narrow wall cabinet with fresh towels, hair dryer and cleaning agents.
In the hall area there is a small cloakroom niche and a small guest toilet.
So the morning queue in front of the bathroom is no longer an issue.
You reach the living room to the left of the hallway.
The beautiful bright dining table offers 4 people plenty of space to eat and can be easily pulled out to give at least 2 other people a seat.
The small, manageable kitchenette is integrated in the dining area and has a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and other kitchen utensils. If anything should be missing, we are available to you as a landlord at any time and are happy to help.
As an additional highlight, the apartment offers a large roof terrace with a beautiful view of the garden.
They enter from the living room.
Enjoy your piece of cake or your glass of red wine on the sunny terrace when the weather is nice and let the day end there.
If it gets a little too hot for you, the electric awning provides shade.
Also available: Internet access via WLAN, large TV in the living room via satellite and radio with CD and USB.
The apartment is located in the heart of Kaarst.
The city center with many shops, restaurants and cafes can be easily reached in about 10 minutes.
Two large supermarkets are within walking distance.
The Regiobahn stop with direct connections to Neuss, Düsseldorf Hbf and Mettmann can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot.
The A 52 towards the Netherlands and Düsseldorf as well as the A 57 towards the Netherlands and Cologne can be reached by car in approx. 2-3 minutes.
From here it takes about 15 minutes to the Düsseldorf exhibition center and Düsseldorf Airport.
Due to the central connection, the apartment is also ideal as accommodation for trade fair exhibitors or business travelers.
