"Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. "The room was very spacious and clean. No fridge, fan or usb points. Lovely big balcony. Staff on reception desk were helpful. Drinks at the bar were expensive. Breakfast was ok, but the hot food was burnt and dried out by the time we got down there at 9.15 am, so we went down earlier the following day. A walk down the hill to restaurants, bars and the harbour."

"Property has some nice, older architect Features and looks good. The finishes inside and out could handle some refreshing and upgrading. Enjoyed our stay, once you can see past those things."

"Excellent hotel to stay in. Initially booked just for a bed, as wasn't planning on staying in the hotel through the day. Instead, we got excellent service, delicious breakfast, reasonally priced drinks at the bar and a cool pool to relax in. The staff are extremely polite and very friendly. They will help with any request and always aimed to make us feel welcomed during our stay. Definitely booking again if we are heading to Torquay again."
