"A last minute stay was made so comfortable in Adam’s cabin. Quite, warm, spotlessly clean in a location that made walking to see my daughter and access to the town centre so easy. Adam was very prompt in replying to questions and very accommodating when I had to change my visit at the last minute. Would stay again."

"We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location "

Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation.
