"The apartment was nice but I did have a few issues during my stay, first we didn’t have any heat for the whole 48 hours. I was told that maintenance will be there in the next 24-48 hours and they didn’t show up until 20 minutes of us about to check out for the day . another issue was the water you legit only have 10 mins to wash up with hot water before it turns freezing cold . "Had a great time dying my weekend stay in Manayunk. The property was very clean and a 7 minute walk to Main Street. There was on site parking which is a plus. The place was very cutesy, well kept, and plenty of space. If I’m ever staying over again in the area i would definitely book again at this property. "

"Tom and Sharon's place is in a beautiful location right by the Delaware River. You don't feel like you're as close to the big city as you are. It provided us with easy access to family living nearby and was an easy drive from the Philadelphia airport. "The place was beautiful, great location. The only problem I had was the parking. I never saw a #2 or #4 parking spot. Just 2 spots behind the building which were numbered slot #1,#3. I was assigned #1 and so was the other person renting. People will park on the spots leaving me parking blocks away. Also there’s no iron and ironing board. O missed my first dinner date @ arrival bc I couldn’t iron my clothes. I had to go buy an iron and iron on the bed. Not too good for someone with back issues. I...

"We had a nice stay overall. The unit was very clean, bright, and in a great location with plenty of restaurants and brunch spots within walking distance. Street parking was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet.The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noise from the unit above. The water pressure in the sinks and shower was also very low, which made showering difficult. "This was a great property. Conveniently located in downton Yardley. Everything was in working order. The only warning is that the heat/ temperature can vary greatly from room to room as it is an older property. The nights spent there were filled with game playing , dinners out and much needed family time. "
