    The Space:
    ✨ Welcome to our cozy retreat, thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Before booking, please note: there are 5 stairs leading up to the building entrance, and a spiral staircase inside that leads down to the lower suite and laundry area. We encourage you to consider this when planning your stay.

    Living Room: A 65-inch Smart TV (with Netflix and log-in access for your subscriptions) sets the stage for movie nights. A dining table for four is perfect for meals or morning coffee.

    Kitchen & Deck: The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious deck with southwest sun exposure. From here, the spiral staircase leads to the lower-level guest suite and laundry area.

    Adjacent to the living room, a king bedroom with a 12-inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and crisp cotton sheets promises restful nights. A full bathroom nearby offers a standing shower with strong water pressure and a sleek glass door.

    Ground Level: A second king bedroom with en-suite bathroom provides added privacy. A 55-inch Roku Smart TV makes it easy to relax after a day exploring. This level also includes direct access to the driveway for easy entry and exit.

As Promised/More Delivered

The serene, spacious, Silverwood home was also seriously comfortable. The bed we slept in was as nice as our deluxe one at home, the spaces were well-appointed with cozy pillows, and the floors appeared and felt spotless. We felt at ease and rested well. Thank you for honoring us with your care as we visited family in the City.

Nice place in Manayunk

2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on separate floors! Nice neighborhood, and parking space was a plus, though I have to say there was plenty of street parking. Hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive experience

This property is in a great location. Minutes to walk to the train to get into the city. Short walk to main street with lots of shops and restaurants. Parking is a major plus!! Nice deck for relaxing in the morning with coffee or evening for drinks. As stated in the description, there are stairs. Not an issue for us but could be for others.

Under construction

The inside was as advertised, clean and adequate for us. However, there was construction on the outside, it was being resurfaced and painted. we had to dodge scaffolding, and visqueen barriers. The information that this was happening should have been told to us and shown with a photo.
