"Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here."

"I cannot say enough good things about the location of this cottage. St. Charles became one of my favorite places this weekend. The street this is on could only be improved if it were on the ocean. If you are a foodie you have to try Shay's Creole Smokehouse. "Kitchen has a Kurig so be sure to get pods.The house is functional as a historic property but we really only used it as a place to sleep while in town for work. Getting ready with 3 people and one bath was slightly difficult as the bedroom didn't have a mirror so everyone required the bathroom, but the beds were comfy.It is a nice part of town, near the college and on a quiet one way street."
