We love it. It was very close to the park, where we were hiking.House was very clean and modern.The coffee machine ( right above a dishwasher) is very sophisticated, I am sure it can make a boiling water, if asked properly. But lucky for us, we had a spare electrical tea kettle in a car.

Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. There is an excellent selection of coffee and stir ins. We will definitely look to return. Lots of towels, laundry available, off street parking. It was really lovely.

A Great Place to Stay in a Cute Town

We had a lovely time staying here and appreciated our host’s excellent communication and helpfulness. The town itself has lots to explore and enjoy and we are very glad to have picked this property for our stay. There was plenty of room for us and all necessities were provided. Cute little house

House was easily located per the address and owner gave great communication on check in. We know it had been rainy a few days but it would have been awesome if the grass had been mowed. Between the grass/bugs and the small size of the patio, our group of 6 didn’t spend much time outdoors.In decent weather I would say this is totally walkable to the main area of Grafton. It’s about .7 miles from the house to the Brewery and then further on to other places. We loved some of the little touches in the house like the coffee bar and cord changing stations. While I would recommend, I think our group would have preferred larger beds and being more centrally located for this stay.

Great place with a few downside but still amazing experience

We had an awesome time here. Place was clean and well equipped. The host was very pronpt and onformative. Everything worked as expected. The downside was that each night we came home to the house smelling of sewage. It was an intense odor as you hit the door and a musty smell to follow. Its likely this is something to do with the water table being high and all the rain (i lived in a rental with similar).The listing also advertised a BBQ grill, however we could not locate it. We brought food to grill. Luckily were able to pivot and eat out. Overall, it was a great experience and very comfortable atay for the weekend.

Very nice cozy clean home

Came in town for a car show, this home accommodated all our needs, specially parking. We love this area and try to stay in this area when we come to St Louis. We really appreciate the hospitality of coffee, creamer, Laundry soap, etc its the little things. We travel a lot and forget thous items most of the time. Thank you!! Definitely would stay here again if available on our next trip.

Perfect weekend getaway

We did a girls getaway for the weekend. The house was nicely updated with everything you need. Nicely stocked coffee bar. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. While this is not walking distance to the main Grafton area, it just a few minute drive away. Highly recommend and plan on returning.

Duc was friendly and great with directions. House had everything we needed, including phone charger cables! Outdoor back patio was great for coffee in the morning. House was super clean and cozy! We felt right at home! Beds were comfy, pillows were great! Definitely will stay here when we come back!

Duc is awesome! He keeps you in tune the entire trip from arriving to departing. The house is decorated darling, more than spacious for 6 guests and very clean. We will stay here again and suggest you do the same. Thank you Duc!
