This condo is an easy location to get to lake MI and to local towns. The property has a pool which is a plus! It was also great to have a front and back porch.The beds and rooms are spacious. If you use the pullout couch bed, you may want to bring a sleeping pad to go on top.The handsoaps were very low when we arrived and havi my more TP on hand would have been helpful.Bring your own cooking spices.The hand soap was very low when we arrived.

This property is in a great location and the owner communicated almost immediately. There were issues with stains on the bedding and on the pull out sofa mattress that could not be rectified. The washing machine was moldy, so could not use that either. Overall, great location but unsure if I’d stay in this condo again.

Great property and location

We went for a long weekend and throughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean, well appointed and ideally situated. Pops was quick to address questions and concerns. The neighbors were loud at late hours but cant control that.

Tulip Festival Visit

Perfect spot for a mother/daughters trip to visit the Holland Tulip Festival. VERY clean, great location near but not right next to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers, neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Property was exactly as described and communication with owner was good. Only (super minor) complaint was that kitchen faucet seemed to be broken and didn’t function well. We had a great stay and would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

“Pop’s” Condo

Pop’s Condo is just as advertised. The Northern Lights Condo Resort felt very safe and welcoming! The landscaping and heated pool are just a wonderful addition to the condo stay itself ! The Saugatuck area has so much to do as well. Very close to Oval Beach which is beautiful!! Will look to stay again in the future !

Perfect for 2 friends hanging out. Entire town of Douglas without power on our arrival. Pops was very nice and made sure we were all set. Would stay again.

We loved our stay

Our family had a lovely stay here! The condo was very clean and inviting. It was modern and spacious and very comfortable. We loved swimming in the pool each day. The location was great, a few minute drive from any of the restaurants or activities in Saugatuck and Douglas.

Great Location

Our family of five stayed here while visiting Saugatuck and Holland. We really liked the location. Close to a lot of beaches, state parks and hiking. The market next to the property was a nice added plus. Our kids enjoyed the pool. It was heated which was nice too. Thanks for the great stay!

Best unit we have stayed in at Northern Lights

This was a great property. This is our 6th year staying at Northern Lights and this unit had EVERYTHING we needed from soaps, to garbage bags, to beach and pool towels. Love this unit and will definately be back!!! Thanks Pops!!!

Great weekend getaway

Lovely property - perfect for two couples. Kind and attentive owner made sure we had a great stay. Nice heated pool. Easy walk to Saugatuck Brewery and downtown Douglas. Isabel's across the parking lot had great food options and wine. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Well Appointed Property

Great condo

Perfect family condo

This condo is well maintained and very clean! Owners are easy to deal with and the location of the condo is perfect. Oval Beach is a 7 minute drive and the condo pool is perfect!

Great condo with pool

It was our first time in the Saugatuck/Douglas area and we enjoyed our stay at this condo with our kids. They liked the pool and we appreciated having a good sized two bedroom apartment. It was nice being very close to Douglas beach (2 minute drive) and about a 5 minute drive from downtown Saugatuck. Loved having keyless access as well, which made it very easy to check-in and check-out. Finally, parking was readily available and the condo was easy to find. Overall, a great place to rent if you need to rent a two-bedroom in the area!
