"Perfect for our needs. Home has everything you could need and was well stocked. Quiet location with a little elbow room yet still just a couple of minutes to restaurants in Cortez. House was clean and well organized. Host was easy to communicate with and only a text or phone call away. Would stay here again."

"Overall it was very pleasant and quiet. Lots of deer, turkeys and one bear. The most well behaved cat also lives there under the porch. Hot tub and hammockwas very relaxing. Cobwebs on most light fixtures, mattresses in both upstairs and downstairs main bedrooms were worn out. A couple cooking pots were so old and worn out, they were not usable. Minor things, but very fixable. Artwork was beautiful!"

"What a delightful stay! The yurt was cozy, well-equipped, and stargazing from the top bunk was magical. Craig and his family were communicative, friendly and made sure we were all set for our short stay. You can hear cows and ducks at night — charming to me, slightly less so to my light-sleeping husband. Still, we’d come back in a heartbeat and happily recommend the Scrappy Duck Farm. It's nearby Fenceline Cider in town and a short drive to Mesa Verde (we could even see the yurt using binoculars...
